Came in today to get some vape oil and was assisted by Ray. He has amazing customer service! We also ended up buying a new vaper that gives off a lot of smoke. Ray gave us a free oil for it. It was ok, very small shop and humidor. Cigars were mostly more middle top to top end cigars its my opinion that just because you paid 12 bucks or more for a cigar does not make it a good cigar. They should have some more affordable cigars below $8. They do have discount days and discounts on quantity but still really pricey considering the area and the side and selection. Humidor seemed like it was at a good temperature a lot packed into it including stuff on the floor (not good). Most things had a price tag but a lot of stuff did not. Clerk was very pleasant and helpful. Not the most amazing cigar shop but of course not dedicated to cigars only. I will probably go again because of its proximity to my home. read more

A FAMILY BUSINESS I APPRECIATE! I use to go to boarder to buy my cigarettes but haven't been able to & gotten to know the owner son some & he's wife also. Both r extremely friendly & helpful even when i come in w/the electronic coupons for Kools! The son even told me about cbc(?) oil for pain relief as he'd noticed some x's I had difficulty using fingers/hands & gave me a good price on sm container so i could try lotion to see if it helped. Owner even turned me on to a lighter that is easy to use & rechargeable! (Unfortunatley can afford right now-on my list tho). Even the other lady wking there has become friendly when i see her! Now smoking isnt something i generaly promote but... they sell pain ointments, incense, lottery & lotto tickets, sodas, chips, etc & its a REAL FAMILY OWNED SMALL BUSINESS, that's clean, organized & has reasonable prices!!! & IT'S GOOD TO its CUSTOMERS! Doesn't sell paraphanalia on the side! Even has a cigar lounge in the back! (whatever that is) They're Literally a Good American Family running a sm. business that live in Spring Valley too! I usually buy juice here. No, they don't allow testing so buy the juice that you know and worked for you. Other than that, I bought a bad mod at another shop. Sales person tried to trouble shoot the problem. (He did not rebuild it and followed FDA guidelines) The problem was the mod. I was able to purchase one here to get back going. Mod works great! Thank goodness! I appreciate the salesperson effort in helping me. It really meant a lot to me. Thank you so much for your help! I also noticed that they sell air freshener products here to get rid of odors. I'm an Uber driver, so I'll be back for that real soon. Again, thanks for being a hero today! read more

Decent selection of accessories and cigars to choose from for such a small shop. Their lounge looks great and the whole store is very clean and organized. Their customer service is a bit lacking though: the cashier wasn't very helpful, and he didn't seem to care about the phone ringing off the hook even when he wasn't busy. read more

Have been in here before for cigs, but am quitting so jumping on the whole vape train. Very inexperienced, but the owner Ray was super helpful. I went in sat for specific flavor which I have found is super hard to find. Ray had one on hand, but the mg was just way too high for a guy trying to quit! I was trying to purchase 2 packs of cigarettes using $4.50 off manufacturer coupon. I was waiting in line for a good 10 minutes and when I got to the counter. They wouldn't take my coupon because it's already December? My Coupon is good to Dec 31. Cashier was saying that they don't take coupons during December because they have to send them out at the end of the year? That policy is so wrong. So, I decided to take my business elsewhere.
