Wellgreens has ample parking and is conveniently located off the freeway exit. The parking lot is clean, newly paved, and no litter nor any weird, unidentifiable liquid spills. There are cameras everywhere and I felt safe. The process of checking in is pretty standard of most dispensaries but I will note that everyone from check in to check out was super friendly and welcoming. We were handed a cute round shaped card for our first time and they granted us a first visit discount. Winning! :) The dispensary is super clean and they have a huge selection of accessories, handheld pipes, and water pipes, as well as traditional flower and resin products. It definitely made us want to look around and visually take everything in while we were waiting in line. As soon as we were called up, our budtender welcomed us with a smile and acknowledged our first visit. He understood what we needed without wasting our time and even helped us to find a better deal on what we were looking for. Cash is king so we went that route for our small purchase. It was explained to us that if you use your debit card, they would round up to the next dollar and if you use credit card there is a more expensive fee for that (I don't recall the exact %). read more

WELLGREENS @ SAN DIEGO There is parking available out front and only those who are 21+ are allowed to come in. They do have a security on site which is great to ensure safety and security. As my first time, I was greeted with a 25% discount on selected items, and it was a load of them. The service was great, it's spacious, easy to look at, and the people there are very kind to help choose what's best for you. I decided to get one of their edibles bags, which i've never tried before, and the worker was super helpful in explaining the different brands. Every time I'm back in town I stop by Wellgreens. The staff is unbelievably friendly and knowledgeable- today Dustin helped me out and was so sweet and helpful. They gave me a great recommendation for a disposable vape pen and some gummies for a pretty decent price. I grew up in the neighborhood and people were initially nervous about a dispensary moving in a couple years back, but *especially* in comparison to the dump of a used car lot that was there before, this spot looks great, makes the area feel safer, and is so convenient. I haven't been to a dispensary since before Covid and I felt a little intimidated to go because all I really use now is small amounts of gummies to relax at night. I feel like I don't even know where to begin, especially with all the product they have here. The check in lady was helpful and clear with what she needed from me (ID, where to stand and wait) which helped my anxiety go down. I was being helped by Dustin and he made the process so easy and informative! I truly had no idea where I was even to start so he asked what I was looking for and went deeper into more questions from that. I was so nervous that I was going to annoy someone with all of my questions and he was so happy to help. I think he even had to tell me stop apologizing and that it was fun for him! I came with my husband to pick up a couple things, since it was my first time here they gave me a 15% discount which was really nice. One of my favorite coffee spots stopped selling my favorite thc lemonade so I ended up reaching towards their version as well as edibles to help me with sleep. I was having a hard time trying to find something appropriate, I'm a little sensitive to everything, caffeine, thc etc, so I was really happy when Matthew took his time to explain a couple of things to me. He ended up showing me a couple 5mg gummy options from a brand called Camino and ultimately suggested that I try the version with better sleep properties. Of course, when I arrived home, I found out that she was having trouble either hearing me or maybe she was just too stoned herself! I went to Wellgreens on Lake Murray to get something to calm my anxiety flying for an upcoming trip. I said I don't want to trip out, I don't smoke pot and this is my first time trying a gummy. I want something very mellow. The employees were nice enough, no issue there. I was given (what I found out later) a full spectrum experience with THC which can cause anxiety..... not at all what I wanted.
