Absolutely the worst haircut I've ever received…read more I went to Classic Barber Shop in Bristol, VA and left with a haircut that was so uneven and poorly done that I now have to pay another barber to fix it. I've posted three photos so people can see the results for themselves. The front and back are noticeably uneven, and one of the photos shows where the barber cut my neck while shaving it. What really made this experience unacceptable was the barber's response when I pointed out the problems. Rather than acknowledging the poor haircut, he blamed me for not giving him enough direction. Then, when I addressed the cut on my neck, he blamed that on me having a "sensitive neck." A professional barber should be able to deliver a reasonably even haircut without blaming the customer when the result is clearly uneven. And if a customer gets cut during a shave, blaming the customer's "sensitive neck" is not an acceptable response. The photos tell the story. I will not be returning, and I'll be taking my business somewhere else to have this haircut fixed.

Nate is just a good guy. Does a great job cutting hair. Good conversation and very accommodating with making future appointments. The vibe of the shop is laid back/chill which is exactly what I was looking for. I wish they did a full treatment with hair wash, etc but I haven't really seen that much around here. Very friendly, and has an impeccable attention to detail. I've been to him a handful of times now, and gotten traditional clipper fades and also razor fades.
