Since I am fluent in Spanish, I communicated that way. I do know that they have English speaking staff as they responded to me a few times in English and our drivers also spoke English. They took care of our transfers to the ship from the old city and upon our return they gave us a quick little tour and stopped at a beautiful spot with views of the city on our way to Mont Melo, the Formula One race track outside Barcelona. Noone offers this tour, but Yaiza was able to put it together for us and also have a driver, Andres, who knew about Formula One racing and was able to give my youngest son some info about it. Yaiza and her drivers, went above and beyond in their service and I highly recommend them anytime you need a driver or tour of the city.

Our flight was delayed by 4 hours, preventing us from making our connecting flight to our final destination in Europe. Due to this delay, I contacted Suntransfers 14 hours in advance to notify them to help obtain a new driver. Their customer service was horrible and told me "we will not be able to locate you a new driver nor will we refund you your money". My credit card had already been charged for the reservation. Their customer service is horrible and their responses are extremely unprofessional. I escalated these issues with management and the refused to support me further. I DO NOT recommend this company. You will be better off using Uber or renting a car.

When we notified the company to tell her we were at the airport at 10 after 10. They told us there was nothing they could do about it and wouldn't be sending another car. So they literally left us stranded at the airport. Lucky who took a regular yellow cab, which was half the price will never be using this company again.
