It wasn't good enough for him that the delay was beyond our control. It was an awkward ride to hotel to say the least. The day of our pick up at the hotel, Javier decided to prank call us at the hotel at 5 am. What an immature pos. Due to this delay, I contacted Suntransfers 14 hours in advance to notify them to help obtain a new driver. Their customer service was horrible and told me "we will not be able to locate you a new driver nor will we refund you your money". My credit card had already been charged for the reservation. Their customer service is horrible and their responses are extremely unprofessional. I escalated these issues with management and the refused to support me further. I DO NOT recommend this company. You will be better off using Uber or renting a car.

When we notified the company to tell her we were at the airport at 10 after 10. They told us there was nothing they could do about it and wouldn't be sending another car.
