I take my dog and two cats here. Dr.Streeper is awesome! Very caring and compassionate. The staff is also very friendly. They also kept me informed when my baby Bear was neutered with text messages and a picture message.

Been going here for 15 years for boarding and medical care for our dogs. Always felt we got good care/advice.

Showed up for appointment and they said no one in to see the animal. They didn't call us to cancel. Waste of a trip.

Animal Care Hospital got me in within just a day or two. Everyone was pleasant and I got what I needed. The second time, there was some miscommunication about some charges for wellness exams that weren't disclosed on the reminder email/cards and weren't disclosed when I made the appointment or during the appointment. I was upset about it when I checked out and let my displeasure be known when I got their "How did we do?" email a couple days later. But the owner contacted me personally and made it right. He was so kind and considerate despite my very frustrated email to them and the fact that I missed the first voicemail he sent because my phone crapped out and had to be reset. I didn't get it until two weeks later and felt terrible about it. I like leaving great reviews for great service because I think good experiences go unnoticed and unacknowledged most of the time. So even though the second office visit wasn't like the first, I still must give them credit, especially on the owner level, for being considerate, etc. So if you're looking for a good vet and need prompt service, call them. I would just make sure you clarify when wellness exams are needed and ask for the information upfront when you make the appointment.

You are not the same as a human hospital, you do not answer to the same people that doctors and nurses answer to. You answer to the board of Ag. What you charge, is highway robbery. Then to sit here, and diminish and downplay what owners go through, and the stress and emotional turmoil they so heavily carry? You want to sit here and say that if you can't afford a pet, don't get one? I couldn't afford to drop 500$-1000$ for my child let alone my dog. No one plans on having a sick dog, and if I we go by the simpleton "can't afford a dog don't get one" logic, then no one in middle class society should be owning a dog. You people make me sick. I have so many relatives and friends who are absolutely disgusted with what has gone on here, and are quickly spreading the word.

I wanted him less then half the length that we talked about. Then she called me 30 mins later again asking what I wanted. Idk if she didn't start till then or what? When I got him home I took a closer look and his face was trimmed and belly was shaved but that's it. My 1st experience was a lot better so I thought I'd try again but that was a bad idea. I knew from hearing from other passed clients that was a bad idea but I always try to give benefit of the doubt.. nope never again

Instead, they would watch and yell at the dogs constantly. I've taken my dogs to daycares before and they all have supported play. The point is to burn all the energy. Since the dogs don't have any stimulation to occupy themselves, many high energy dogs would become aggressive to others. These dog owners were notified their dog was not compatible with others, when in fact their dog was just bored. If you were to tour the facility, you will find two separate play areas, no toys or things for them to climb on. You'll also find a smaller outdoor enclosure, with a child's playhouse. Again, nothing for the dogs to play with. I also witnessed breed discrimination, labeling a pit as aggressive when he was only defending himself. These people have no clue what they're doing!
