I would be more understanding if she wasn't so rude to me while saying that. She rushed me up front and it felt like she had better things to do than see me. She just escorted me out of the room and let me know they will call me later. I have come here for almost the same thing on a different spot but never jumped to workers comp like this time. When I asked the front desk if they would accept a patient who was 45 minutes late, they said they don't even allow someone who's 15 minutes late. Yet somehow, it's fine for them to make us wait endlessly. That's not just inconsiderate -- it's disrespectful. I understand that some patients take longer than expected, but this level of delay and poor communication shows zero respect for the people waiting. Doctors expect patients to value their time, but clearly don't value ours. Completely unprofessional. Precision needs to do much better.

Be Cautious--Review Your Bill Carefully…read more I was charged by ATI Physical Therapy, Flower Mound, Texas for a remote monitoring app that I was repeatedly told was free. When I discovered the charge, I contacted the clinic and spoke with Karissa, who confirmed the app should be free. She even checked with the Area Director, who also verified that I should not have been charged for the app. My physical therapist Mina also confirmed the same. Despite these assurances, the charge was never removed. I contacted their patient advocate multiple times--at least 10 calls--and spoke with their manager, Ann, on July 9. She promised to follow up within 3 to 5 business days, but I never heard back. Please note that I was charged for remote assistance on Sunday, June 8 - even though the clinic was closed that day. I had just installed the app but never used it. This charge is not only unjustified--it feels fraudulent. ATI has yet to take any action to correct the error. I ultimately decided to pay the bill and write this review to share my experience. I strongly urge others to review their bills carefully and follow up persistently if anything seems incorrect.
