Promised to come right out if I signed with them which I did and they did not show up for over two weeks. Then they put the first application on my neighbors yard instead of mine. Promised to be right out to correct but never show up, Called and they promised to be out by 11:00 and never showed up. Called again and they promised by weekend but guess what--never show up. They came out when I was not at home and left a card saying they were there but never left invoice. Called again and ask for invoice and they promised to send it in mail. From April to August they never invoiced but in late August I get notice from dedt collector. They never sent anything or tried to call or sent invoices but instead sent debt 5 months after cancellation. Do not do any business with these people!!!

I was quoted $50 for every two weeks and they would bill me monthly. When the bill came due they gave me a discount which I did not expect. They use a decent payment system via Quickbooks so I just paid with a card, no cash, no sketchy apps on my phone digging in my bank account. Really well done. Yes I recommend them. I was unable to be there, so the phone conference was very helpful! The guys were very friendly and communicated potential problems with me. They were unable to give me what I wanted however, and left part of the job to me to finish. The price was quite a bit more than I had expected also (surely this is because I am cheap, not because of them). If they would have done the entire job from start to finish and been somewhat closer to my price range, I'd have stayed at 5 stars,but I gotta drop to 4. We decided to put some money into another area of the house instead.

****Updated review**** Wow, what a difference a year makes…read more Yelp readers, this is a lesson in giving second chances even when you have a negative experience. So last year was a complete disaster. I had someone come and give me a quote and had no less than 4 broken promises of someone to come and do the install. A year later, my husband asked if we were going to try again. The owner did reach out last year after my negative review and an email I send to him apologizing after-all. Reluctantly, I reached out again this year. I contacted the owner directly. He responded right away and welcomed the opportunity to provide service this year (Christmas lights). 10/10 experience! Someone reached out scheduling my date, someone texted to confirm my date, someone called the day before to confirm the layout, we even FaceTimed! Someone called the day of to confirm again, and the confirmed person arrived on time! He did an amazing job. When I asked for one thing he confirmed I really wanted it like that and once he questioned it I realized I didn't, it wouldn't have looked good so I appreciated him asking as opposed to just doing it like the layout said. He tweaked things once he looked at it from a distance and I mean the entire experience was just amazing. So much so we are going to have them quote us some permanent outdoor lights for our backyard. Hands down I would recommend them.

Their guy showed up on the day of service but only finished half because apparently his equipment did not work. Came in the next day and told me he finished it, but when I got home I noticed my front brick of the house was not even touched and had lots of debris still. And that's where things went downhill. Even though I paid their overpriced invoice of over $650 right away as I thought they'll stand behind their work, I got nothing but run around from all their people who not only ignored my calls and even rescheduled me for the wash but never even showed up nor apologized for again wasting my time and eventually stopped returning my text, calls and emails!! they got their money and they're gone!!
