You are rolling the dice with this office because they do not check coverage or network eligibility…read moreprior to you showing up. You can take off work and drive an hour or two only to find that you must pay out of pocket when the office can easily run this stuff in advance. You may show up and find out you have to pay cash which is a significant advantage to his practice at your expense. He may have quality care but his office doesn't do much to avoid unnecessary out of pocket expenses that are avoidable. They also can't handle being called out for this practice because they know it is reprehensible. All of this is avoidable. I made an appointment for my elderly mother who was in need of dental care. She could not get into local providers so we made an appointment with Dr. Forsmark's office which is quite a distance from her home. I offered to provide the insurance information through UPHP and Delta but the office said they did not need it now. Mom shows up to the appointment and finds out she is not covered at Dr. Forsmark's office and they never tried to run coverage prior to her showing up. I am sure at this point you can understand the frustration. Dr. Forsmark's office was not sympathetic in any way and were in shock that I would call them out for the practice.

Nanette did an excellent job asking about areas to address for each of our massages. Nanette was thorough with using a variety of techniques to work out extremely tight areas. We included the facial massage and hot towels which felt great. Her space is serene and very clean, plus she has a sitting area where we sipped on tea while we waited for each other.
