They lied to us about their interest rate. We specifically asked for an interest rate that did not involve the purchase of points to lower it. Adam gave us the rate and told us we were not purchasing points. We found out when it was too late to change it and still close on the house in time that he did in fact charge us points to get that interest rate. 2.) They waited until the day we were supposed to close on our house to send things to the title company and so we barely were able to close by the end of the day. All the information had been signed and was ready on our end well in advance. 3.) Adam would only address my husband in communication even though we bought our house jointly. Even when he needed information from me, he would address it to my husband saying he needed it. 4.) We have owned our house for nine months now and are still getting mail from them trying to talk us into purchasing a stupid "life insurance" policy for our mortgage. We had a few financing scenarios that were more complex than a typical loan, and she took the time to walk us through every step, answer our questions, and make sure we were comfortable with the process. She went to bat for us, escalating the situation to her leadership team and returning with a strong counteroffer that included a one-time float-down option on the rate lock.
