They ensure that my tenants are in a safe and clean environment. If something needs to be repaired they get it fixed quickly. If the repair is a bit more costly, they help get multiple quotes and work with me on the timing of the repair whenever possible. 2. They keep their portal updated so I can see the income and expense details. 3. I get a monthly report from the property manager letting me know what is going on at the properties. 4. They have good customer service. If I have a question or if the tenant has a question they respond quickly to address the question/concern. 5. They are detail oriented. He was willing to meet us before we signed up and go over the terms and process. He explained everything well and was very transparent. During the process of looking for a home ( we are buyers), his communication was flawless. He exhibited versatility in how he could be contacted and responded to both myself and my husband very promptly. We were able to use text, e-mail and phone interchangeably. All the documents were signed electronically which was convenient. He was knowledgeable enough to help us make choices and narrow down what we needed. Once we settled on a home that we wished to make an offer on, he helped us from start to finish. There were some problems with the seller's situation that he worked out with their realtor for us. He handled all communication with the seller in a manner that was very satisfactory to us. He followed up with us afterward to make sure we took advantage of the homestead tax credit and the home warranty as well. Over all, a superb experience. We will use Scott for future realty needs.
