I've walked by this little shop multiple times on my way to Green Valley (the best place for a delicious take-away lunch)...and yesterday I finally set out to discover what it's all about: eco-friendly cleaning? Well...it at least grabbed my attention. When I walked inside the shop, the friendly person behind the counter (the shop owner?) right away looked up to me and asked if I needed any assistance. I was really only here to browse, but then he began to tell me about the various cleaning products that they offer, as well as some beauty products (hand soaps etc.). I was intrigued by the eco-friendly laundry detergent and ended up buying a bottle of that. Selling bio/organic products is only a side business for Blanc though, their main business is dry-cleaning and tailoring. They're amazing - absolutely fantastic. I needed my blinds cleaned quickly (they had to be done in 48 hours), and called a couple of places - none could get them done in time, and the other place i found was completely overpriced (they wanted 3x what i ended up paying). Mr. Blanc came to my house himself, removed the blinds, and delivered them even sooner than I'd expected.Their prices are incredibly reasonable but their service is what truly sets them apart. I'm from New York, and this is the first time I've seen true customer service in London. I recommend them highly and without hesitation. You won't be disappointed! read more

I used to be a big fan of Blanc as the laundry prices are very reasonable compared to drycleaners (because Blanc charges per kilo rather than per item). However I can no longer recommend Blanc because they did not have my clothes ready on the day promised or even the next day - and they charged me an extra 7 quid for "rush service". Apparently the laundry is now done offsite, and the clerk admitted that the transition has not been smooth and that many orders are behind schedule. We were finally able to pick up our clothes 2 days later at 9am, but it made for a very stressful experience as we were departing on Eurostar at 11:30am. So in sum, this place is ok for residents who aren't in a rush, but horrible for travelers. read more

I have used Blanc twice now and have not been disappointed. Their staff is friendly, they remember who you are and of course the quality of the cleaning is above par. Even under the stress of their systems being down today and the challenges with an automated world going kaput, they were accommodating and calm. It created an error that they were prompt to fix and they went above and beyond to make it right quickly and above my expectation. I definitely recommend Blanc for your laundering and Dry Cleaning needs. read more

DO NOT USE- I sent in 2 tops to be cleaned before the holidays, including a delicate black Armani wool top, and they both came back elongated, stretched and thinned with the black one shiny to boot. I reported this to the manager, Ludovic, who acknowledged by phone that they are now unwearable but claims they came to him in that state... so why would they process them if that was the case? The only compensation offered was the refund of the cost of dry cleaning. read more

Appalling service. I had to ask for my jacket to be re-pressed twice owing to wrinkling around the lapels, which has still not quite gone away. I also has to ask for my trousers to be re-pressed because of a break in the pressing line on the front. When I requested the re-pressing I was met with cold customer service and made to feel like the inconvenience was my fault. The fault lay entirely with Blanc, and I had to return to their shop five times in order to be even vaguely satisfied with my garments. I was given no apology - neither from the assistant nor from the manageress, both of whom treated my complaints with total indifference. I had used Blanc's Notting Hill branch previously with similar results, but wanted to give them a second chance because of the good reviews. As it is, I've been left angry and with a spoiled £500 suit. Utterly, utterly overrated. Do not use them. read more

Beware people! They ruined 3 of my garments - 100% of the stuff I left with them! The owner admitted to WASHING my favourite (dry clean only) dress and it shrunk to the extent I can't wear it. It fits, but the shape is all wrong now and it's 3 inches shorter! Then they damaged the fabric on a silk slip and also sent back my cashmere sweater with a hole in it which wasn't there previously. Not only that, they handled the whole thing really badly. Use someone else. read more

I had moved from New York to London and was looking for an excellent dry cleaner. My research showed quite a few options but they had either bad reviews, were insanely expensive or just far away. I was intrigued by the organic approach and curious about the 24 hour drop off and pick up service. The service was incredibly professional and while the prices aren't cheap, the results have been great. I have come back and even gotten an account allowing me to get the 24 hour service. Absolute ratify in London! Plus- the place looks just cute and cozy. Definitely worth the London prices.. read more

After trying several dry cleaners in London and being disappointed every time, I am so glad I found Blanc Clean who are absolutely amazing. I only use them now, and would highly recommend them. They are professional, friendly and offer great service. The quality of dry cleaning is excellent, they only use eco-friendly products. They have a very practical payment/confirmation system and you can even drop off your items and clothing 24 hours using a sort of ATM machine for clothes! Very convenient if you work long hours. I have also recommended them to friends and family and everyone is very pleased. read more

I can't recommend Blanc highly enough. The service is really exceptional. The staff are committed, friendly and professional and they look after your clothes as if they were their own. I dropped off a raincoat for cleaning and, to make sure it received the correct cleaning care, the owner contacted me to check whether the surface was original or whether it had been treated in any way after purchase. And they still delivered on time! The coat went in with that nasty London grime look and came out looking as good as the day I bought it. They've done equally well with other clothes, managing to get rid of e.g. sunblock and oil stains on delicate items without trashing the fabric. The prices are really good for the quality of service. You could get your clothes cleaned more cheaply, but not with these excellent results. For me, Blanc really is the best dry cleaners in London. read more

really bad service here... have no clue what they doing just trying to deceive people with Eco stuff which is not true.... they just wash everything (dryclean is different and more expensive and very good at keeping the texture of fabric like brand new)... all my cloth ruined from this place. read more
