Amazing! Wonderful service and customer service. We were in London for a week and was staying at an Airbnb that had a washer, but not a dryer. With 4 people's worth of clothes and 6 hangers provided at our Airbnb, how exactly were they expecting us to dry our clothes?! I was on the tube and saw a service for another pick up /drop off laundry service, and I thought, that's a good idea! I went and checked it out and wasn't sure because it was based on weight or per clothing, and with 4 people, that seemed like it would get expensive. I hopped on Yelp and Laundry Today popped up with all of the great reviews, and when I checked out their website it was a flat fee for an entire bag! Which was great considering we can get 4 people's clothes washed picked up and delivered back -- it was worth it. I booked it but I was concerned because we were taking an out of town tour. I texted with them letting them know we weren't sure if we would get back in time for the 'waiting period' and they were so cool about it telling us to keep them updated and will drop it off when we're back. We were a little late, coming back, and was able to keep in touch with them about it. They ended up dropping it off a few mins after we got home. Wow! That's customer service. Clothes came back clean, and nicely folded. Highly highly recommend! They make it so easy! P.S. I was hesitant about setting up an appointment for my laundry, wasn't sure if it was scam. I did some research, and they turned out to be legit. I am so glad I found this service! It is very easy to book an appointment, they give you options for when they will pick up and deliver your laundry, and there are extra options if you need something specific done with your laundry. I followed the instruction, put all laundry in a bag or suitcase, leave with hotel reception. I got a text that they picked it up in the morning. Waited for the time they said it would be back, and voila! My laundry came back folded in a plastic bag, inside my suitcase! The price is a lot cheaper than the piece by piece a hotel charges. After receiving my confirmation, I got a call to confirm laundry pick up. I left my bag with reception and went sightseeing. Then the laundry was delivered back before 8P and brought up to our room. A superb service all around, from their well designed web portal to the pick-up and delivery service, nothing could be easier for the traveler who doesn't want to spend hotel rates for laundry services and would rather avoid the hassle of (and time wasted at) self-laundry options. We chose same day service and received text message updates when our laundry had been picked-up from and delivered to our hotel reception. Our clothes were well cleaned (without an overpowering detergent scent) and sealed in a plastic bag inside of our laundry sack. Highly recommended! Super easy and saved us a TON of time, which allowed us to spend the day seeing the sights instead of being stuck in a sketchy, meagerly-reviewed laundromat. We stayed in London for 6 days then 4 days in Paris. I booked 2 laundry services with Laundry Today so that we didn't have to pack too much on this trip and have lots of room for souvenirs/shopping to bring home. It was perfect! We had enough clothes for the rest of our trip in Paris. It was super convenient! We placed our dirty clothes in a hotel's laundry plastic bag then in our suitcase. Dropped it off to the front desk in the morning. Laundry Today picked it up promptly. They emailed me that it was picked up. They then dropped it back to the hotel's front desk in the evening and notified me that it had been dropped off. A hotel staff delivered it to our room. Use this service! They will come to your hotel or wherever you are, pick up your bag of laundry, and deliver either later that day or the next day, clean and folded. They communicate with you over WhatsApp so I knew exactly when they had my clothes and exactly when they dropped them off. I didn't find them until a little late in my trip, but so worth it to have some clean stuff to wear on my trip, and also to travel home with clean clothes, instead of my usual suitcase full of laundry I need to do when I get back. Their prices are very reasonable. I can't remember exactly what I paid but it was worth it. Their website is clear and easy to use and they respond right away to questions. My hotel's website claimed to have laundry facilities for guests to wash their own clothes. However, when I arrived, I was dismayed to learn that they only offered laundry service. I'd had enough adventures with housekeeping and their many mishaps, and the last thing I was going to do was trust them with my entire wardrobe. I was on Yelp looking for nearby laundromats when I came across this business. They were rated highly (by one person... took that with a grain of salt) and were running a "Suitcase Special": £35 to wash dry and fold an entire suitcase full of clothes (and I had a LOT of clothes). That's about the same as what I would've paid for transportation to/from the laundromat and use of the machines... not to mention the lost vacation hours. This was shaping up to be a much better deal. The online form was fairly straightforward, and even included a section for customers to leave wash instructions. Since I have sensitive skin, I wash my clothes with fragrance free hypoallergenic laundry pods, which I provided with my clothes, as well as instructions on how to use them (not sure if pods are a thing over here). Payment is by either cash, which can be left in the bag with the dirty laundry, or by PayPal. When I selected the PayPal option, once I clicked the submit button the website took me to the PayPal site. However, after I finished paying, I did not receive a confirmation message/email from the company. I only received a payment confirmation from PayPal. I spent half the morning wondering if my order had actually gone through. I called the company several times that morning, but no one answered the phone. I asked the hitel Concierge to ring me in the room after my laundry was picked up. I waited for over an hour. No call. Fed up with waiting in my hotel room for pickup confirmation, I finally I emailed them and hoped for a response and set out to start my day. I received a confirmation later that day saying that my clothes had indeed been picked up. WHAT I LIKED: -Even though pick-up was several hours late, my clothes were still returned same-day. -Instead of following my instructions, they took special care with my brand new black velvet dress. I requested that it be gently washed, but the owner sent me a message indicating that drying it might damage the velvet and recommended dry cleaning instead. And sure enough, when I checked the tag, it said "dry clean only' Good call on their part! AREAS OF IMPROVEMENT: Overall they did a good job on the clothes, however, some of my workout clothes still had a faint, sweaty smell to them. My sleep sack (which I use as a barrier between myself and any unwanted surprises that may be lurking in the hotel bed) was not returned to me with the rest of my laundry. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until right before bedtime. I emailed Leonie and when I woke up the next morning, I had a reply saying that my item was waiting for me at the Concierge desk. read more

I would not recommend this service. Update: contacted city laundry to notify them of the situation. We would have spent $200 to have our bag of clothes cleaned through the hotel. We contacted Laundry Today and for a very reasonable big bag price they washed and folded our clothes in one day at a fraction of the cost. They also picked up and dropped off at our hotel which was included in the quote.
