Came here homecoming weekend so parking was limited. There's parking at businesses across the street. Came with a friend and we sat outside at the comfy patio at the side when we were told the food trucks were waiting to open but we can have drinks. Stopped by after AAMU football game before heading back to Tennessee. There was a Food Truck out front and no one inside. After walking inside once and not seeing anyone we went back out and the Food truck owners said they should be open so we went back inside and was met at the bar by two ladies who said they were not opening until 10 pm. I was shocked by the time being it was Homecoming around 8:30 and people were in town who have been out all day and wanted to experience a small blaque owned business before ending their night and before the place became too crowded. All I want to do is support small businesses. To freely walk into a business and no one offer to serve us was a loss of money and great tips. I've been here multiple times and truly each time does not miss, the music is always great and the drinks and food are always bomb.. especially the chocolate in a bottle! I don't smoke cigars but my fiancé is a fan of picking a cigar from the humidor and having a smoke in the cigar room. The music is always trendy and the staff is always nice. I love the decor and ambiance of this place. It may seem odd, but the bathroom is my favorite decor. I give this business 10 stars where do I begin. It was my first time in Huntsville and I was actually at another Business Establishment when I was brought to Blaque, I was Classic Car Shopping at Rolling Museums and the Sales Manager "Von" brought Me to the Blacque establishment. When I walked in, I immediately felt the vibe, it was beautiful, Dark, yet light appeared to be flooding in from all the right places, there was mood lighting on even though it was the late afternoon/ early evening. It wasn't too crowded and everyone seemed to be in just the right amount of distance between one another to have or create their own conversation. There were people there with laptops but were so quiet and professional they seem to blend into the tapestry and ambiance of the place. The Host/Mixologist was kind, sweet, and professional. She was knowledgeable about the menu and attention oriented. I made her aware of my food allergies and she made sure the chef and staff were aware of it. The food was amazing. The wings were fire. It felt like upscale bar food and the presentation and staff were prompt and it was hot and fresh. Von ordered there salmon slider. I attempted to pay for Me and my Host and almost had to fight with him about me putting my credit card back up. He treated Me from his own credit card and not a company one. It made Me feel like I was amongst friends and family that I had known for decades instead of someone who I had just met an hour or so earlier as I was about to get up, this guy walks in very unassuming and down to earth. He greeted Me like he was just another patron and Von later introduced him as the owner. He was dressed in (General Contractor) attire. I myself am a General Contractor and provide upscale Security to private clients and establishments. We all talked at the Bar and Mr Scott educated Me on various things that I had questions on and it felt like time stood still. I felt at home. The owner gave off Mid Western Values and was extremely welcoming. It was truly an experience and Vibe! I will definitely Be Back! A family friend's family own this restaurant / bar / lounge so to support her and her family we occasionally visit to support black business. One particular night me and my brother refused to pay $40 to go to packed out bars around Huntsville so we stopped here instead and spent what we would've spent on a cover instead on a Bar tab. The servers are all friendly, the ambience is lovely, very modern, and whomever is dj'ing does a really good job. The prices for drinks are not bad and the wait time to get them is not either. In between drinks me and my brother ordered wings and they were pretty tasty! The fries had a great crunch to em. Perfect for fighting that alcohol hunger and headache you'll probably get later. My husband and I are traveling and we stopped in Huntsville bc we are fans of the show. I'll start with the parking lot is small. Upon entering the spot the ambiance is very nice, looks like a great spot to maybe have a small event if they offer some space for that. It was smaller than I expected but I didn't mind the space, it's not too small, just appeared bigger on tv. We wanted to try and support their champagne Blaque or chocolate whatever the name. I asked if they offered a sample bc I just wasn't sure about Chocolate champagne, they do not offer a sample. I didn't like that, but I went ahead and bought the glass. It was cool. Im not a huge chocolate person. I like it but I'm not a lover. It taste like chocolate, the after taste lingers a bit too long for my liking. Im glad I tried it but I wouldn't get it again bc I'm not that into chocolate. If I was having a gathering I would however get a bottle for others to try and support. We ordered the wings which came with Parmesan truffle fries. $18 a bit much but we weren't that Hungary and we split it. The fries were really good! Could have been hotter (maybe sat back ready for pick up... I'm picky about my fries being hot, my husband said it was fine) The wings were good. I think they were mild a bit too salty for me (I'm a picky eater, my husband said they were not too salty) With that being said, I would get the wings again. We got two other drinks WAP it was good and gave what it was supposed to. We also got Homecoming, wasn't my favorite and I love coconut and pineapple drinks. My husband liked it. Priced reasonably compared to other places. Service was great, waiter was nice. She said it can get crowded almost club vibes later at night. We got there on Saturday 8:15pm with a few people and it began to pick up. As long as there are seats available and not twerking I'm good with the environment. We only left around 10pm bc my husband wasn't feeling great. I love that they are open late until 2am, on the weekend. We drove through Huntsville 2 hr difference from our normal travel to visit Blaque. I'd give it 4.5 stars. We probably won't travel through Huntsville again but for any reason if we were visiting Huntsville I'd come back. Great vibe! Great ambiance! Food was good! Drinks were cool! Music was good too. I sit at a barstool next to a female Blaque employee who's smoking a hookah. She does not greet me with a welcome smile. Instead she said nothing, got up a few times, returned twerking in my direction, touches me to apologize; very passive aggressive behavior, i don't turn my head to even acknowledge the foolishness. I stay on the basketball game. She kicks my foot THREE times before she forces me to say something to her, I look at her, touch her arm and ask if she's OK because... "you kicked me 3 times". With the nastiest attitude and facial expression she replies, it was an accident or sorry .... I think. I immediately ask the bartender for a Manager, he replies that SHE is the Manager. I know this game, told him what she did (twerking in my face and the 3 kicks) he apologizes on behalf of Blaque, I respond, I need another manager. I get a woman who claims to be the real manager and assures Me she'll have her removed from the bar and a talk. Long story short, she had the chick removed from the bar and I can hear her fussing loudly like a 6 year old brat. I never got my drink on the house. I finished my drink, watched the rest of the game and left. Guess who was in the parking lot fuming! I had to deal with her yelling as I walked to my car " have a good night! stupid! Nice establishment, but this is a review about food baby boo! I had the salmon sliders and they came with garnish and leafy greens included. My buns with toasted with butter, and the salmon was moist. Oh and get this...the waffle fries had seasoning on them (which actually made my day). Normally waffle fries are cute and crunchy with no flavor. My honey had the mild chicken wings (hot wings). The wings were fried crispy and not dripping wet with sauce and super delicious per my husband the "wing man". Room for cigars smoking is separated from the dining area. 5 stars! read more

It's a hookah lounge that sells cigars. There is a small room in the front or outside on the patio you can smoke. The bar and main area does not allow cigars so enjoy the view from the patio or room for cigars. It's a nice looking space but disappointing to go there with the mind that it's a cigar lounge because no it's not if there is restricted space for where you can smoke. This place was amazing! The staff and the food truck vendor was so kind and helpful. The ambiance was so chill and just grown up and no pressure do anything but relax. We had the best time on 3/20/23 at Blaque. I don't remember our servers name but she was so attentive, gracious, and hospitable. The food truck vender was a joy as well and the food was sooo good. We didn't have to wait hours for service, the waitstaff was on hand at all times and constantly checked on us to see if we were okay.
