Gardenville has lots of flowers, some interesting dwarf fruit trees meant to live in pots (might be…read moregood on patios? I didn't see much info about the species and their growing requirements), and an impressive collection of tiny plants that would look awesome in a terrarium. Nice houseplant selection. They had lots of Easter décor when I visited for gift baskets and whatnot. They have a shelf with pre-shaped bonsai trees (seemed on the steeper pricing side) but I did not see any bonsai pots, soil, or care / maintenance tools for them, which tells me these are kind of intended to be a gift-and-forget-tree not a support-bonsai-hobbyists-tree. Overall prices felt high to me compared to other local garden centers and the atmosphere didn't give me a feeling like I wanted to hang out to learn more. Based on other reviews, maybe spring is not the right time to visit - maybe I'll try back in the fall when there are apples. Side note - I asked the shop cat if he'd mind if I took a photo and he turned around and posed! Love the shop cat.

terrible customer service. I spoke with 'one of the owners' and had a disappointing experience…read more I was asking about strawberry varieties, specifically beyond everbearing types, and whether other options could be brought in. Instead of a helpful or informative response, I was met with a dismissive tone and a lack of willingness to engage in the conversation. I completely understand that businesses may not want to share sourcing details, but the way it was communicated came across as unnecessarily guarded and unwelcoming. As a customer who is genuinely interested in plants and learning more, I expected a more respectful and informative interaction. There is a big difference between setting boundaries and making customers feel shut down. Unfortunately, this experience felt more like the latter. I hope this is something that can be improved, because customer interaction matters just as much as the products being sold.

Savilles Florist went above and beyond to bring our vision to life, and the results were nothing…read moreshort of breathtaking. From the very beginning, they listened so closely to what I imagined and worked tirelessly to make it a reality--even sourcing out-of-season flowers just to make sure every detail was perfect. Their dedication and artistry truly blew us away. On the wedding day, the florals were absolutely stunning. From the arch to the bouquets to the reception arrangements, everything was vibrant, fresh, and perfectly designed. Our guests were speechless at the sheer beauty--it was one of the first things everyone commented on, and the flowers completely transformed the atmosphere. They offer the customizable flower box welcome sign as a rental and the gold stand centerpieces, which are extremely convenient to rent. Not only did they look gorgeous in person, but they also held up so well. Despite being out in the summer heat all day, the arrangements lasted beautifully and even stayed fresh for over a week after the wedding, allowing us to continue enjoying them. That level of quality and care speaks volumes about their talent and professionalism. Great price and value We couldn't have asked for more. The florals were truly beyond our wildest dreams, and we are endlessly grateful to Savilles Florist for all the love and effort that went into making them so extraordinary.
