I lost a lot of shingles and had other pieces missing. They gave me a reasonable estimate, as compared to other local roofers. I gave them the go ahead, and the roof was completed in a couple of weeks. It looks fantastic and they included a wind mitigation inspection to help me get the insurance credits. I highly recommend this company, they go above and beyond for their customers. They were courteous, informed and did what they said they would do. After he left, I noticed some rust stains towards the bottom of my columns and was not sure if it was due to the water running down my gutters during the pressure wash. I sent Ken a photo and without hesitation he drove all the back to my house (about 35 min) to take a look. It turned out it was rust from my sprinklers and had nothing to do with the job he did. Ken gladly took care of the stains at no extra cost and even surveyed the perimeter of my home to clean any other spots. He is thorough and went above and beyond!
