Wish I could have left a positive review, but I can't. I was told that I would be getting solid wood cabinets, I only got 1 wood cabinet in my guest bathroom which came in after the rest of the cabinets. My cabinets are a white shaker. It was installed in February 2017. They are not wood and a lot of the doors are warped. One of the cabinet door warped a few months after they were installed, they were supposed to order us a new one.....never saw them again. They are cheap trailer cabinets. When they were here about the warped door a few months after installed and there were chips on the master bath vanity (which are the same as kitchen) I was told that it was wear and tear, really after not even a year and it is only me and my husband, what wear a tear! The doors are so cheap that they make a hallow sound when they close. Handles were put on too tight and the door cracked where the screws are. I paid extra for the 25 year warranty for the sealer on the granite countertops. There are rough spots and when I clean it the cloth gets stuck on them. There are also looks like drip marks. Wish I could enjoy them but when ever I am in the kitchen and I have to pick up the rubber bumpers off the floor and the doors close with that hollow cheap sound all I do literally is cry. If all my cabinets were like the guest bathroom which ( which is actually what I was told I was getting) I would have given 5 stars, but they're not the same. So with what I received, and what I was told I was getting,I was only able to give Eastern Kitchen and Bath 1 star. read more

I hired Eastern Kitchen for a home fix and flip project I'm working on needing new kitchen cabinets and counters and both bathroom vanities. Karen and her installation team were as good as it gets! I was in the floor room for less than 15 minutes and the rest was handled seamlessly. Would highly recommend. They were recommended to us by friends, and we are so glad. Our experience with them was very positive. While other kitchen companies took weeks to to get us a design after visiting our home, they sent me two designs within 24 hours. They could easily see a design change I wanted to make, whereas another company couldn't. When meeting with Karen in the showroom, she can make changes to your kitchen design in real time. The staff were all pleasant to work with. The installers were wonderful with alot of attention to detail. They did a great job on our kitchen counter replacement from start to finish. We worked with both Karen and Keisha, and they were both great. Our job was a little complicated, as we were cutting down a bar, had some angled areas, and 2 waterfalls, but it all turned out perfectly, and the fabricator did an amazing job of keeping the granite pattern matching at the seams and waterfall edges. They were responsive, showed up on time both for the template and install, and very helpful and friendly when we were in the showroom a couple of times. I would definitely use them again should I have a need for this type of remodeling. read more

What started out to be an advertised 4,500 Hundred Kitchen, ended up over 8,000. They stated they would be here every day, first thing until the job was done. There came at Noon and 3pm a couple of days, and forgot items etc. They had plugged in 2 Big Saws in my Utility room, and a Fan, that led out to my carport. The kitchen came out fine, but 3 days later, I noticed a big puddle of water in my utility room. I checked my freezer, and all the food was thawed, and had to be thrown out. I had MANY containers of homemade turkey soup, that takes an entire day to make. Also, lots Hamburger, hotdogs, steaks, fish, handpicked Blueberries and Blackberries and other items that was lost. I called Eastern Kitchens, and the owner Karen, would only say she will check this and call me back. She did not. I called again, and spoke to Ashley, she stated she will discuss with Karen. While on the phone, Karen stated she will call me back. She did not. I called this morning and Karen is now saying they did not do this. They were the only people that used my outlets in my Utility room. I just want $200.00 back for my food that was ruined, and they will not accommodate me. I feel I have no other options but to complain on the BBB and other sites to let others know how this company operates. Really frustrated, and will never recommend them, or use them again. read more
