I have had years of experience when it comes to customer service, and I am not impressed with this facility at all. My bike was their 2 months and in those two months I never got a call about what they were doing or if my bike was even being worked on, I always had to call for an update. Then on my last call the owner said my bike will be ready to pick up the next day and that they performed all the work that I asked. Prior to arriving to pick up my bike I was never told all the work wasn't done until I had paid and was getting ready to push my bike out of the shop. Frustrated, upset, and feeling completely mislead and taken advantage of, I called the shop after getting home to ask why the work wasn't completed and with a very unprofessional tone and attitude I was told that "because I wouldn't stop calling and kept bugging them for an update" is why they didn't finish the repair, which sucks because I still paid as if the repair was complete. The icing on the cake was when Ryan told me I could bring my bike back to have them work on it more after I had already loaded and unloaded my bike at home.. Sorry but not sorry to leave a negative review, you had a chance to make it right and blew it! never calling even once, or by not being honest with me prior to me paying and picking up my bike. Even with the referral of a very good friend who has been doing business with this shop for years, I cannot and will not refer anyone to this business ever again

The 2 back panel walls are the exact same as the side walls, the side walls all have a notch cut out at the center top of each panel, since the panels are all the same YOU WILL END UP WITH 2 HOLES IN THE BACK TWO PANELS at the top of each one, thus you have 2 holes already designed into the shed, why? You have to tape over these holes, and now it looks like crap, and these holes will have to be addressed over the "Lifetime" of this poorly designed shed. When I got the shed, it had 2 damaged pieces, I called, they sent out the 2 pieces, one was completely wrong that belonged to a completely diffident shed, yes, I gave the model and product ID code correctly, thus whoever pulled the reorder was wrong. As the shed was already started, I just used the dented roof panel on the backside. For the price, its a horrible and damaged shed that should be resigned from the bottom up.
