I went to Who Dey already believing there was no way they could do what I needed by the timeframe I…read moreneeded it. But to my surprise, Katie said "we'll make it happen"! It was a small job, but extremely important to me, and I needed it quickly. I purchased a blanket for an elderly lady at our church, she gets cold even at warm temperatures, and I wanted the blanket embroidered with her name so it wouldn't become community property. I digress, Katie sensed the importance of this gift, she knocked it out within an hour. Upon her notification I quickly went to pick it up to find her leaving for the day, I had the feeling she worked past her regular hours just to help me. Her manager, I regretfully didn't get her name, but was just as nice when I picked up the blanket. I felt like I was thier only customer, even thogh they were extremely busy (soccor/baseball season). This gift to my dear friend is very important to me, I was/am so grateful that WHo Dey made it important to them as well. I've done business with them for over 15yrs and they continue to impress me! The worst attitude and printing business probably in the United States. The manager picks and…read morechooses who she feels like doing business with apparently. I got completely blown off after stopping by with a request for a t-shirt quote. I sent a very inundated email and never received a response. After a week I called... I was surprised to hear from an employee that the manager told her she hadn't had the time to look at the email. That was all. I proceeded to politely request that when she does have the time to do what the sign says outside of the store. That she would be so kind to contact me and let me know. Well it's been about a month now and I'm starting to realize they just don't waste their time with "small orders". I asked that she contact me when she finally does have the time to um... well you know be a business professional and respond to a paying customer but instead got completely ignored and it's pretty insulting to say the least. Oh and the place is a dump I had to press one star so I could post the review. They get zero stars for their zero courtesy and respect for customers.
