They are the go-to resource for sizing up a business's performance and trustworthiness. They maintain records on a dozen factors, including the company's history of handling consumer complaints. During my interactions with the BBB and the owner my takeaway was that even through the owner likes to use the policies in defending himself and his business...........the flaw in doing so lies in the fact that not all his staff were consistently following them. The year 2021 was difficult for many employers being able to find employees willing to work and often were not properly trained as a result.

I got completely blown off after stopping by with a request for a t-shirt quote. I sent a very inundated email and never received a response. After a week I called... I was surprised to hear from an employee that the manager told her she hadn't had the time to look at the email. That was all. I proceeded to politely request that when she does have the time to do what the sign says outside of the store. That she would be so kind to contact me and let me know. Well it's been about a month now and I'm starting to realize they just don't waste their time with "small orders". I asked that she contact me when she finally does have the time to um... well you know be a business professional and respond to a paying customer but instead got completely ignored and it's pretty insulting to say the least. Oh and the place is a dump I had to press one star so I could post the review. They get zero stars for their zero courtesy and respect for customers.
