The service was terrible and the lady made it feel like I was inconveniencing her by asking for help. I hit cancel copies and it still continued the print. I told them that and they still charged me for the full amount and all the copies are useless and I had them throw them away and still paid $28 for less than 40 copies.

The item # did not work with her nor the automated system and all she could tell me was "the item # isn't showing up". Even though I expressed that I wanted to purchase the product yet wanted to make sure this location had it. I then asked to speak to the manager to be assisted, to which he told me I called Home Depot then hung up in my face. Definitely will be making a corporate complaint.

Debbie was so pleasant to deal with, I really can't say enough nice things about her and the staff. I deal with professional printers regularly and I have never encountered this level of service before. They treated me like a regular client regardless of my temporary (and rather small) business needs.

I realize they were a shop for signs and larger projects but I thought I'd try anyways. They treated me EXCELLENT. The lady who designed them for me took extra care to get them right. The price was SUPER reasonable and I got them within hours of ordering.
