Moises responded within minutes, was extremely accommodating with scheduling an estimate, and already had a contractor pass for our neighborhood gate. To make things even better, he happened to be working in our area (HHI) that same afternoon and offered to stop by after he wrapped up his current job. I couldn't believe my luck and crossed my fingers that it wasn't too good to be true. A few hours later, Moises texted to let me know he was about ten minutes away--which I really appreciated--and assured me he was comfortable with dogs (a relief since we have two large ones). He impressed me right away: warm, genuine, and highly knowledgeable. He naturally presented himself as confident in his abilities without being the least bit presumptuous--the kind of quietly confident professional who makes you feel right away that you're in good hands. They did an amazing job. The guys were thorough, very careful and really easy to have around. We stayed home throughout the entire process. Every evening, when they left, they put their stuff neatly out of the way and arranged things so we had access to what we would need. The work was spot on. The preparation to the area before they ever got to paint an inch was fantastic. Paper and tape and tarps protected everything. They moved the furniture and noted where we wanted things put back. They took photos of where we wanted our pictures to go and after the paint dried, they rehung them. The house, walls and trim look better than new. We couldn't be happier.

Paul couldn't have been nicer - he came over to the house frequently to review the job with me and assist me in every way possible.
