On the day of my appointment my technician call ahead of time and let me know that he would be there at 10 AM. This was towards the early end of the window and it was good that they gave me proper notification. My technician arrived slightly before 10. He was friendly and courteous. The installation did not take very long. It was very professional and cleaned up after herself. I would use their service again.
