I told the guy behind the counter I was looking for a specific brand of a vape, when I told him what I wanted (iStick mini) he basically laughed. Told me I wouldn't find it ANYWHERE. When I mentioned I called another store about that brand and they had it, he stated that this is Miami and people will say anything to get you in the store. Tried to sell me a yocan. That I already had that brand and wasn't a fan. He didn't really give me other options. I left and went to the little smoke shop in the same plaza!!! And guess what...... The most disgusting customer service ever. I spent $200 on hooker and accessories. The hooker pipe was all bent, so returned it the next day and ask to change just the pipe. They said no, so I continued to purchase a New one with more tobacco. I asked the guy who originally served me why I could t just change the pipe ( only a $15 piece) his response was "when u buy a new car, do u ask for new rims) so rude. I put the product down and walked out on disgust. The small smoke shop next door sold me a new pipe cheaper and Blaze were and also super nice kids selling. Prices are also alot lower than Blaze for all products that they sell. You should value spending customers instead of losing them. From the outside this smoke shop is very inviting especially because it is still newer to the area. My friend told me they had a good selection so we went to look around. THE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND DISGUSTING. The first time I went everyone was extremely offputting and did not want to be bothered and we were 2 of 4 people in the store. I purchased my things and left. We came a second time and AGAIN the employees are rude and disgusting towards customers. Both times ONE person out of 5-7? helped us. I receive this private message that i found extremely disrespectful with a sense of a employee that has a know it all attitude. Definitely do not recommend this smoke shop due to the personnel working there. Re: Your review for Blaze Smoke Shop Ur issue isn't a customer service issue it's a user error issue , Any vape u get requires a priming period meaning you fill it up with juice And puff on the pod without it being connected to a device to let the juice soak the coil which is the burning mechanism of the device if it runs dry which is probably what ur doing it will resolve with a burning taste . Hence why I say user error . Vapes are a all sales final device because once it's used we can no longer put it up for sale because it's not fair to the next customer which purchases a vape it would'nt be considered " brand new " And ur vape had nothing wrong with it because if it was broken or malfunctioning we would have replaced it here And take it from a guy that has worked in over 10 smoke shops across the Miami area . Blaze smoke shop is one of the most equipped And Knowledgable smoke shop when it comes to vapes and oils and you'll figure that out on ur own when trying different smoke shops that have high school students working behind the counter ( from my own experience ) . I stopped by today with my fiancé after spending time at the beach to pick up a new piece for our home. I was ready to drop $$$ at this shop because they had a great stock but they wouldn't allow me to buy any pieces because my fiancé left his ID at home (we are both 27) and I had my ID. I usually never have a problem with the smoke shop. Usually all the vapes are working and taste good it's not the first time that when I've had an issue they can't resolve it for me. I bought a Vape recently from blaze smoke shop and the guy that sold it to me open the Vape in front of me and when I tried it, it had no flavor at all. Literally no flavor at all and the only response the guy had was that that's the game and I have to pretty much lose my money even though it has no taste makes no sense I've never left the smoke shop more disappointed than I have today and it's not the first time that I haven't even left the store and I bought a new product from them and they couldn't return my money or exchange it for a working one so make sure you don't let them convince you to try another flavor because they'll make you pay for it and if it's not a flavor you or it's not having any flavor at all they will keep your money and will never replace it read more
