Just right now I had sooooooooo bad experience with woman who was like a " seller" today. Before I used to only shop with guys who were well mannered and very nice. She is the complete opposite. Extremely rude, unprofessional behavior, screaming, waving her arms, but the most disgusting thing is that she can't talk to customers, she doesn't talk at all, she just screams without closing her mouth. I asked to return my money for a product that I bought and it does not charge and does not work. In response, I received a bunch of arguments that she referred to the store's policy. When I asked to see the store's policies, she showed me some receipts, but never showed any documents. Moreover, when I showed the transaction, she told me that this was not proof. They do not give receipts and never offer them. I was their customer for a whole year, but with such a rude attitude I will not do it again and I will tell all my friends. Fortunately, the choice of stores is huge. Disgusting. Plus, she let come in teenager to the store. He definitely wanted to buy something. It's illegal!!!! Don't waist your money, because they don't take any responsibility for the goods or for the behavior of their employees. read more

Recently an earthquake in my apartment broke all my glasses pieces at once!! :( :( With our holiday coming up this place had all i needed. Product was used, so realistically I didn't expect a refund but least some deal for another product. Love this shop and K is the best by far. Very knowledgeable about everything in the store, very courteous willing to explain whatever u need to know.. everyone is super nice and helpful but definitely ask for "K" if u really need something in particular. He sure knows and loves his job, and is so good at it, and u don't feel rushed. He is a chill guy and explains things as if he is the teacher and u r the student, lol when I go there I am like a kid in a candy storehaha.. there is something he showed me that I literally needed in my life and didn't even know it existed.. so I am going back in a few days when I get paid and I am going to purchase it..the store has easy parking in front, never a problem parking which is a plus in Miami, especially with all this rain we've had. One reason why I gave this place 1 star. They tried to charge me $10 for ONE "single-coil" atomizer. That's right...$10 for each one! The girl tried to tell me that it was $10 each because of the brand name. When I looked at it, it was the same brand name atomizer that I always buy at other places for $3 each. That's ridiculous. If they overcharge this much for their small products, I can only imagine how much they are overcharging for their larger products. read more

Worst customer service ever! i should have known better any business whose receipt says no Returns or Exchanges should be patronized with CAUTION and HESITATION. Long story short the owner sells you whatever she can to make a dollar and then when it breaks within 2 whole weeks of you purchasing said item she acts like your in the middle of the projects i.e Store owner: "dont be coming at me like that!"when you're simply trying to explain the fact that certain things were not explained to you when the purchase was made meanwhile forgetting everything she actually told you (she's obviously BAKED out of her mind!!!!!!). I may have wasted my 75.00 @ One stop smoke shop but hopefully this review will save someone else from going through a similar situation. read more
