Really messed up how they switch up the price of spmething, I paid 20 for my vape the last 3 or 4 times!, now he demands 25. My friends Mother buys them too for 20. If you want a shop that is honest with their prices this new Owner and his employee have utterly ruined whst the original blazin jays used to be. I've been coming here for years and can't speak highly enough about this place. All of the employees are incredibly nice and helpful. When they haven't had a product I was looking for, they've sought it out. I've really never seen customer service on this level for this type of establishment. Kind of a shame for the poor review cause the guys in there seem super nice and the one guy was incredibly helpful to me but I felt compelled to write the review cause it's principal. The prices in here are pretty exorbitant. At least for the dry herb vapes they are all marked up 25% MSRP. They ended up matching the normal price on the firefly 2 I bought which I thought was awesome, but that I even had to ask for the going price of the unit online felt iffy. Turns out it was defective but the shop doesn't seem to have a return policy. So the whole act of returning a defective unit made me feel guilty even though had I just bought it from the manufacturer I would have had no problem and I wouldn't have had to pay tax. So, perhaps this is a sign of unfair levies against brick and mortar but even so, being up front about this stuff would go a long way. I ended up being cleared by the owner to exchange for a Mighty vape but it was priced at 400 instead of of the going rate of 349 plus I had to pay tax. So I ended up overpaying by about 80 dollars but I was glad to get an exchange through them so I let it go. read more

First off I want to say that I've bought glass from the owner himself several times. 1 occasion a pipe, another a glass nail and globe with a torch. I even grabbed a charger while I was in there...that was a disaster...the younger man working gave me the one he was using, just took it out the wall and gave it to me...hmm..anyway I gave it another shot, because the owner seemed to be very friendly and wasn't too pushy like a lot of the local shops. When I came here a few days ago, I was considering buying a rig. I am a dispensary owner and like to give local shops business...even though I can get wholesale prices elsewhere. I actually left and came back later that night after considering my options. I didn't want to buy the rig, BUT the owner talked me into it because my boyfriend seemed to like it. 1)offered me a free can of butane with my torch purchase(did NOT honor) 2)offered $15 off because we come to the shop often(did NOT honor...even though I didn't take the globe and nail that came with the rig! That's $16 alone, so not only did you not give me a discount you charged me for the nail and globe? Erg.) 3)he promised to price match if I found the same rig cheaper(which I did, I seen it the next day for $30 cheaper and he did NOT honor) though he offered to buy the rig from me if I order it...? So I have to spend $30 more dollars to buy the same rig for you to honor what you said? -_- and your the owner? Huh.. 4)the recycler rig I bought doesn't actually recycle...you can't barely fill it past the perc or the water hits your mouth, and I even put an attachment on it. Yuck. Store owners like this really get under my skin, it's one thing for your employees to promise something they can't or won't honor...but the owner himself should take pride in his word. Recently I purchased a CloudV mini from an online store; I read reviews and felt confident in choosing this model. The stupid thing broke in three days, might have been sooner; when I called the outfit that sold me this useless piece of "you know" the number was disconnected. I got taken by crooks, not happy. When I walked into Blazin Jayz it was the third vape store I visited that day. All I know is I should of started here first and not wasted time/effort with businesses that are not interested in getting my business. I like this place, they are usually in stock with the papers and rolling tips I need and have plenty of vape supplies from coils to juice. My only problem is that the juice is inconsistent and sometime 20$ more expensive than online(and I was checking for flavor profile not price). Which is why I don't buy much juice here any longer. Won't knock the customer service or some of their pieces, but will knock the fact that this place is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy overpriced for anything glass. I've been to thousands of shops all over the country and they are by far one of the most expensive! When I went in-I just asked for my items needed, didn't think anything of it, paid and walked out. I was halfway in to my car when I realized how dumb I must of looked to them because I just overpaid for my basic glass bowls!!! So I just thought-well I won't knock it, till I try it. Maybe they're really durable. HAAAAAAAAA!!!!! HAAAAAA!!!! When I got home, I packed a bowl-that I was just raped for and the handle breaks off!!!!!!!!!! Wtf?!?!? If I wasn't scared of getting cut I would have taken a picture of it! Such terrible quality!!!!! Oh well! Packed the next one I purchased and SAME EFFIN THING!!!!! TERRIBLE!!!!! Went into another shop and found the same type of pieces for half the price. 2 weeks later and my half priced bowl from another shop is still going strong!
