They be changing prices, trying to play the customers. When there are smoke shops selling them for $19.99 for ON 7 kratom, the highest i have seen is $25 or two for $45 on the ON 7 KRATOM. I went there faithfully because they were muslims, but greed is different to me no matter what religion or race you are. Shame on them for changing prices when the market out there sells them cheaper. On the actual website for ON 7 kratom, they sell them for $19.99 to anyone, so that means if you buy them wholesale you are getting them cheaper. I waited 3 weeks and went there twice every week because i kept being lied to that they were ordered and should be there in the following days and then again the next week. I wasted gas and most of all my time just to find out they wanted to be greedy and mark up the prices. Little do they know they sell them way cheaper in other smoke shop. They lost a loyal customer only for there greed thinking people dont have other options, they are not exclusive. Then i asked the mexican cashier to call Mo and ask him to sell it for the orginal price especially knowing i came there several times in 3 weeks and being lied too everytime i got there. Respectfully knowing i came there and only specifically for that just to find out i wasted my time. Mo should have told the mexican cashier to give it to me for the price i always got it for. He knows when i would buy, i would buy minimum 5 or more. I always come there with respect, but the mexican dudes customer service sucks ass. They got too much pride and ego. they dont know me and what i have done in my life. We all got stories but i humbled down with good positive muslim characteristics. I guess some people claim islam by mouth not by actions. May Allah swt guide the brothers inshallah. There parking lot sucks too, but i would still drive all the way there because loyalty is all i know. I dont know if i will go there again but they should make a lot of changes. I use to go there when the other arabs used to own it. Never had no issues, they should talk to those people who are cashiers and dealing with customers to humble down and not to LIE. read more

And they sell fake vapes. Horrible customer service from Omar the cashier coming from another Muslim just because I'm Hispanic!! Best smoke shop in the area!!! The guys in there are super kind and helpful. They are certainly knowledgeable about the products they carry. The gentleman answered every question I had (And I did ask him a bunch)... My first time in the shop, I was a bit on edge about buying another glass bong due to always breaking the bongs I've purchased in the past. However the gentlemen helped me find a beaker I absolutely loved and even helped me find a portable padded bong bag for my new piece so I wouldn't have to worry about it breaking like my old pieces. No need for a very long review but called a couple of times called a couple of days and no one ever picks up to understand what they have in their inventory. I feel like if you're going to run a business even if it's busy I think picking up the phone and having a good customer service is a big thing. Purchase multiple CBD items yesterday. When I opened one bag they were melted together. I went today and asked just for an exchange. They wouldn't have it. There was a temperature high of 72 today. This shop recently switched ownership, which is visible the moment you enter. There are several reasons why I am giving PVS a solid 5 stars. First, the hours; they are open from 8am-2am, meaning if you want to grab smoking supplies or even convenient food snacks, this is your place to go. Second, selection; they have a vast selection of bongs, vapes and hookah supplies (shisha tobacco, quick light and stove top coals, hookahs, etc.) Third, staffing; there were two men in shop the night I shopped there. I can genuinely see there interest in getting me the best deal on my purchase and making sure I left a satisfied customer. They are in the process of changing over ownership, so I will not ding stars over store layout or accessibility (via phone). I have come to this shop dozens of times over the past 2 years with no problems and great prices. All of a sudden the nice lady that worked and the younger nicer guys are gone. The guy now working claims to be part owner and he has tried now twice to raise the prices on juice by half and now on puff bars.
