If you're "lucky," you'll get something great from those one or two -- BUT the run-of-the-mill employees who do the work to implement the great ideas are flaky. They don't bother with things like (1) accuracy, (2) logical formatting, such as filling up a page and not dropping a line in mid-sentence into empty space, and (3) correcting astonishingly ignorant errors, even after repeated requests for the same corrections. Those workers seem to be incredibly stupid, uneducated, do not perform, do not care, and/or do not respond! I mean it: They walk off the job and leave you "up the creek without a paddle." This company has SERIOUS ISSUES.

They do have spots out front but the first time I went I parked under the hill and it wasn't bad because it's all free parking. You just have to walk up the hill. It is right past the train track so make sure you are aware because the light rail passes through. I think the prices are really reasonable in this day and age when we still have to print things for marketing purposes and it's always nice as a local business versus a FedEx or Kinko and the service here is superior. They let you see a proof and they are really communicative.
