They suggested an edit that was unsuitable for my needs (totally different font with cursive instead of script), They did not even seem to try to make this basic design work, even though I was very open to changes and sent a logo file. No explanation of what parameters could not be met. The worst part is that they took my payment immediately but only offered 3-5 business day refund (not even currently pending) in mybank account, and tried telling me that it was my bank holding it up. I already had an image that needed to be embroidered on to golf shirts, hats, and various products. I provided the image and am awaiting for them to build the final product, which would cost approximately $40. Once built, for each product, it would be an additional $10-15 to have it embroidered.
