Why am I the first to review her on Yelp??…read more I found Teena via Groupon and was intrigued by her physical therapy focus on TMJ, and decided to give it a shot since I was paying for a discounted price. She exceeded my expectations, especially when I decided to go in for a regular massage. She is SO good at identifying and undoing all of your knots if you just point her to the general area of pain or tension. Her office is not a fancy spa or anything, but you will leave feeling so relaxed and refreshed. She also kept insisting that I try the magnesium oil, which she sells... at first I wasnt sure if I could trust it or her (bc lets be real, there are many businesses just trying to push products on you)... but the price was reasonable, so I ended up buying it... and let me tell you, the stuff works! It really helps relieve any pain in the muscles or joints. After a few sessions with Teena, I can say that I fully trust her recommendations and shes proved throughout each session that she really knows what shes talking about! She also attends conferences to expand her knowledge about muscle tension, etc. Finally, shes super easy to talk to and really funny. The hour will go by quickly, I promise!
