I sent him a screenshot of our previous conversation where I gave him that info. He then said they were on another job but would be there as soon as they were done. Late in the day, I get another text saying they couldn't make it. (Mind you, I am onsite waiting) He apologized and then agreed to a new date and time in a few days. I made arrangements to be onsite and then I get a late night text right before the job, that he wasn't going to make it and that I should hire another contractor. I believe we should all take Steve up on his own recommendation and hire another contractor. It seems Handy Premium Handyman Services has trouble with communication, reliability and professionalism. They do get at least 1 star since they are good at apologizing. Avoid this contractor.

Despite using the template the handles are not even as you look at them. Several are off slightly and hard for most to see but there is a few of them that are off and they easily stand out.
