They referred us to the manufacturer, I called the manufacturer who sent out an independent inspector. He said the reason the floor is buckling is because the contractors did not leave room for expansion, so the flooring is buckling. The invoice says 1 yr labor warranty, because of this they will not fix our floor. The only reason our floors are buckling is because of the way it was installed. Once it was removed, I planned to install our new kitchen faucet myself, but quickly realized the space was so tight that I couldn't get the old fixture off. I called again the next day, and Vlad came out that morning and installed the new faucet for us. Then, later that same evening, I accidentally broke the cartridge while trying to install a new shower handle. We suddenly couldn't turn the water back on to the entire house. Even though Vlad had already worked a full day, he came by after his last job to help us figure out a way to at least get our water back on. What impressed me most was that he didn't just look for a quick temporary fix. He took his time, worked through the problem, and ultimately ended up fixing the shower handle and getting everything working properly. Vlad is knowledgeable, resourceful, patient, and genuinely cares about finding the right solution rather than just putting a bandage on a problem. After moving into a new home and tackling a seemingly endless list of projects, finding someone this dependable has been incredibly valuable. We'll absolutely be calling Vlad again for future projects and would highly recommend him.

Our 83 year old home has original Saltillo Tiles which I don't think have ever been restored since…read morethey were installed. Due to the porosity of clay tile, it can very easily be ruined by the wrong type of cleaning and sealant application. It's a job for professionals. And folks who specialize in this type of tile are hard to find. I found Tyler and his company, Seal Systems through Yelp and called them for an estimate. I was pleased to learn this is ALL they do. They specialize in natural clay tile restoration. Tyler's dad even created a proprietary cleaning solution to address the potential issues of stripping off old sealer. On Day 1, they showed up and stripped the tile on their hands and knees. No machines, just two guys working their a$$es off. On Day 2, the sealant went down, four coats in total (I believe) were spread. (I prefer the high-gloss Saltillo). The tile looks gorgeous. The patina is still there but the whole room has a new life. I love the way it turned out - 100% exceeded my expectations (because old tile restoration can be hit or miss.) If you have clay tile that needs some TLC - hire these guys. They are professional, responsible, dependable, and know what the heck they're doing. Also - family owned business...that's a good thing.

Within months after the kitchen was done, doors started falling off the cabinets. They had installed some decent quality cabinets in my bathroom, but Noel said he's no longer working with that subcontractor and there would be a different one doing my kitchen cabinets and they would do a lot better. That was NOT the case. The cabinets they installed were at the quality you would see in a $500 a month apartment not a $300,000 condo. . I've never been so embarrassed about my home. You see the cabinets as soon as you walk in the door and they were a total eyesore . Additionally the tile work they did in the bathroom is starting to crack. I made Noel aware of it he said he would get back with me and never did. The "luxury" vinyl wood planks he installed throughout my condo are already starting to discolor and will soon need to be replaced. They also performed electrical work which was clearly not done correctly and in violation of city code. I had to hire another electrician because what they did was unsafe. I'd be surprised if the guy who did the work actually had a license. I regret reaching out to the tile gallery to do the work in my condo. Enjoy the money now, Noel. You know you didn't earn it and you know karma is coming for you.

Ther are many, many other things I could mention. The project took over eight months instead of the four promised, with work gaps of days and sometimes weeks. I met with the PM three times to create a timeline, but they fell behind every time. The only reason he gave was schedule conflicts with other jobs. One positive: Guillermo and Jose were responsive and fully guaranteed their work. They made sure I was satisfied with the end product before ending the project.

I spent two months looking for the prefect floor, I looked online, then went to 7 local stores and after finding the engineered hardwood I and my wife liked. We circled back to those flooring companies that had in-house installers. That was important for me as I wanted there company to respond should something go wrong. I compared three company bids and The Flooring Market had the lowest bid. I presented the sample wood to management and they sourced the wood. Once the pricing and scope of work was hammer out. We agreed for them to start on a Monday and I had a combination of carpet, tile, and vinlye to remove I wanted them to complete the job in four days they were done in three days. It was a three-man crew and they worked none stop on Wednesday to get the job completed. they moved furniture, taped appliances with plastic, broke down my entertainment center, and helped me put it back in place. Base-board trim and tile install was done professionally. I was happy about the choice of The Flooring Market and their installers. They refinished our old dark hand-scraped hardwood, extended with new hardwood into areas that had been tile and carpeting. Omar and his crew did great job. Do not be taken in by those "contractor" sites that advertise on TV or the internet. You end up paying for their advertising in the flooring estimate. Go with the professional, courteous and cost friendly contractor The Flooring Market. Ibrahem, who did our in-home estimate listened to our requests and put a crew on the job in a couple of days. The crew got started right away and completed the 3 room tile job in 1.5 days, even with the difficult closets and tile baseboard we desired. They cleaned up, moved the furniture back and were extremely professional and courteous the entire time. We shopped around for new flooring and found the Flooring Market. They brought samples to our home of hardwood and pressed vinyl. We loved the vinyl and got great pricing to do our entire home. Repairs required lacing in new flooring for several holes that were cut previously to install foundation support and several areas of buckled flooring. The joinery to lace in the new pieces to the existing floor is so perfect that the joints defy identifying where new meets old. They worked quickly and efficiently for about 2 days, exactly on time as agreed. They removed all the debris and vacuumed all areas when done. The cost was considerable, but for the skill and quality of the work, and professionally meeting high expectations, the value received was worth every penny. David Youngblood was excellent in communicating with us and explaining as needed. If we ever need any such future work Youngblood's will be who we call.

I hired them again several years later to do flooring in another room; they did such a terrible job…read morethat the tiles cracked when walked on the floor because the installer just put blobs of concrete onto the tiles without smoothing it out at all. This technique also led to a 1/2" gap between the tile and the drywall in the shower. They didn't ask what kind of edging I wanted either before permanently installing cheap plastic. The owner showed up on the first day of the install but then I never saw him again. He left some young kid at my house who didn't speak any English at all. He originally installed it going the wrong direction, wasting materials I paid for, and then became visibly irritated with me when he had to redo the floor tile. When I pointed out that the tile was crooked, the supposedly non-English speaker said, "No, it's not" and then waited until I left the room to disappear forever. I tried to contact the owner, Robert, several times afterward asking for help and then he blocked my number. Eventually I gave up and hired a different contractor to demolish and redo the entire thing so the floor tiles dont crack when you walk on them and the wall tiles wouldn't fall off onto people showering when we the foundation shifts with the seasons. Hiring Anna Flooring a second time was a several thousand dollar mistake. I don't understand what happened to this company.

Employees in the store were a bit hard to find (no one want to work anymore) but when we did have questions everyone we had contact with was knowledgeable, willing to go dig around in whse to find stuff. Checkout was easy and ended up returning a few items and that process was smooth as well. We will be back!

About 3 weeks later, all of the issues started coming to light. We called about the post-completion issues, and were told to "call licensed professionals about it." Which was interesting, because we were under the impression we had hired licensed professionals when we hired them to do the work. Buyer beware.

Jamie and the PK team worked incredibly hard to get our master bedroom restored (quickly) and the affected areas repaired--honestly, better than they were before. Also had them paint the entire inside (floors, ceilings, trim, doors). I highly recommend them. The whole crew were great workers. Everything was covered and taken care of. When they were done, there was no clean up. Breaking up tile creates a lot of dust and I expected the worst and there was hardly any dust around. You will not be disappointed.
