Told me the truck was available. Gave me all my info. Checked in the morning before coming. Drove 3 hours and guess what! They sold it with no communication or anything. Didn't offer anything but let's sell ya something else. The sell man was apologetic, but the company pretty much said screw ya and good luck. Trash! read more

If I could give this dealership a zero stars I would do it. Me and my wife drove over 2 hrs from Knightdale to buy a 2015 Jeep Cherokee. We thought since the vehicle only had 43k miles on it that it was in good shape. So we paid cash for the vehicle because we were told that it had went through their shop and all the fluids and maintenance had been done. We have only had the the vehicle for 40 days and the ac stopped working and the check engine light came on. We had purchased an extended warranty. So we took it to the jeep dealership to get fixed. We were totally surprised when we got a call from the Jeep dealership and they sent us a video of the vehicle and the showed us what was wrong with the vehicle. None of the fluids had been changed except for the oil. The filters outside and inside were black and haven't been changed since the vehicle was made. So that was what caused the ac to fail. The wheels were out of alignment. So we called the dealership and the salesperson and kept getting the runaround and no answer. Meanwhile my wife is sitting here with no vehicle because we were waiting to here back from them. To get the vehicle fixed is going to cost us $925 to get fixed on top of the 18k she had just spent. So I would never tell anyone to buy a used car from them.. I should have known something was wrong when I told them that I wanted to get the vehicle checked out. They said there was only one garage, so we went down there and the people at the garage said that the dalws manager had already called them before we got there. They also said that they checked the vehicle and nothing was wrong with it. So obviously they were working together. So if you are looking for a good used vehicle look somewhere else. read more

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BUY - Very disappointed. We bought our 2016 Tiguan online from Bleecker Buick GMC and had a good experience with Sierra and Frankie during the sale. The car was delivered 9/26/2022 and within one month, the fuel line was broken and we had to pay $1,400.00 to fix it at our local VW dealer. I called Frankie and he said that he would "talk to the manager" to see what they could do and get back to me the next day. This was 10/26/2022 and since then, I'd left multiple messages and sent multiple emails along with the invoice from the VW dealer who fixed it. I called again today, 11/8/2022 and finally got a text back... ""Mike told me we couldn't do anything about it. I'm sorry". That's it, they aren't standing by their sale. There is one other thing, although we did sign the papers and don't have the paperwork to prove this... the online ad showed the mileage as 80,098 with the contract we signed showing 80,090. After delivery and signing, we looked and the mileage was over 85,000. By the time we took the car in for repairs a month later, the mileage was 85,544. I work only 3 miles from home 3-4 days a week., We have made no trips and have taken no vacations since purchasing the car. I know for sure that we didn't put 5,000 miles on it. This has taught us to be more wary of online dealers and to be even more cautious in the future. read more

I called the day before to inquiry about a vehicle wanted to come test drive and purchase the vehicle the rep said i will hold it for you tomorrow i said i can come today she insist i come the next day. Later on got a call that the car was sold. Then i received a call back and said the car wasn't sold. The lady told me oh i will pull the keys and hold it til you come. What time will you be here i said im three hours away i will be there at 2.30. She called me back at 1.26p said how far are you i said im almost there left work early to get there she said oh im sorry i should have told you to come test im selling the car now I said really im almost there we agreed on 2.30p i have already drove 2.5 hrs. I made an appointment to take my 2011 2500 Sierra HD in for service at Bleecker located in Red Springs, NC. The appointment was scheduled for October 3. Due to nature of problem my truck required an extended stay, Once I checked my vehicle in I asked if shuttle service was available to take me home. Service receptionist MR. Ivey told me Valet service was not available and could not tell me when it would be. I live less than 10 miles from service location. MR. IVEY DID NOT OFFER ANY ALTERNATIVES. I checked out my truck and left. Due to other commitments I could not spend entire day at Bleeker. Mr. Ivey is new on the job and I sincerely believe some training in customer courtesy would help. I have used Bleecker service in the past and very satisfied with representatives past performance. For whatever reason I find that Bleecker personnel MORALE is very low. read more

I purchased a vehicle from Bleecker Buick GMC back in March of 2016; It was the first large purchase I made on my own and the Bleecker Buick GMC staff were easy to work with and helped me find the exact car that I wanted. Car buying can be extremely hectic, but Ms. Natalie Singletary played a huge role in guiding me in the right direction throughout the entire process. After finding my dream car I wasn't sure which direction to go in with my warranty. I listened to Natalie's expertise and advice to choose the warranty that was best for me. Fast-forward to two years later, I recently drove over a large pothole that caused the front strut to become loose along with what the mechanics described as a "nasty leak" caused by a pothole!
