The dedication coming from Jon and Erika for each piece they do is incredible, whether it's a walk-in, event, or custom work. I've been a walk-in, I've gone to their special events, and I've booked several custom designs hand drawn by both artists. What I've personally experienced in the shop is consistent each time. From preparation, the tattooing process, to aftercare. They've never allowed any outside circumstances to affect the outcome and quality of my tattoos, whether the shops extremely busy, or rudeness from people over the phone or at the shop, or even just feeling under the weather. Unprofessional, punk-ish attitudes all around. Called at 9:30am, got asked to wait about an hour to an hour and a half to show up because their artist walked off to get a drink from the gas station? (Really, something you should do before starting work). Show up literally as on time as I could be to get told if I was 5 minutes earlier they could have done it, even though the "artist" said it would take 10 minutes to do what I wanted. Got asked  to leave my phone # and they would call around 4pm to have me come back. Waited until 4:37 for someone to finally call me back and tell me they want $120 for two lines drawn on with a needle that costs maybe 10$. Could have said something the first 3 times we spoke. Good thing the area is littered with other shops. Good luck with these fools. Update, the owner of the shop threatened me with violence for posting a factual review, screenshot for proof. read more

Each artist treats their clients with respect and truly listens to the client's needs, wants, ideas, etc. The shop is clean, comfortable, and always has a welcoming feeling. Every station is thoroughly sterilized between clients and the artists make safety and cleanliness a priority. Very clean and great work. My lines are amazing!!! I didn't get anything crazy but he made it perfect for me with a very clean look. I am extremely happy with my new tattoo, Jon did three on my sister and brother in law last week and they where just as amazing. I would definitely recommend! And the decor of the shop was great old school tin ceiling (gave me something to focus on during the tattoo) and awesome metal outlets. I love Erika, she does amazing work. I have had her do all of mine and I would not trust anyone else. She jazzed up a tattoo I already had on my ankle that I was regretting and made it look amazing. Everyone there is so very friendly. The place is very clean and they take care to make sure to keep it sterile and safe. Erika did piercings for my daughter and she did a great job explaining everything and making her feel comfortable. I am going back for a mother/daughter tattoo and another on my shoulder and I am so very excited.
