I got the sternum piece first and as a young girl I was nervous about getting that area worked on but Andrew was extremely professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable both physically and mentally. For my most recent arm piece I had to keep rescheduling because of school and financial restraints and he was very understanding and worked with me to find a time that worked best for me.
