I even had some bad tires on my old car and was very nervous about driving to my job in Pittsburgh. I showed up not too long before they closed just to inquire and was willing to wait until the next day if need be. They took one look at the tires and squeezed me in right then and there. Saved me lots of time. Gave me an arrange of prices and helped me get the best bang for my buck. Other times when I've asked them to check around the vehicle for any problems, they were thorough and let me know honestly what was going on. They have always been priced fair, honest, and friendly. If it's possible they will squeeze you in. They have a waiting room with a TV, couch and chairs. After a very scary tire blowout on I-70 (and many tears later), I made my way to Bleifus Tire at the recommendation of the service person from AAA. All I can say is WOW!! It was a rough morning and I was in an unfamiliar area, but the staff at Bleifus made me feel comfortable and cared for. They quickly went to work on my car and kept me updated. I had something on I-70 shred my left rear tire while driving in to Wheeling to visit a friend, and with a long drive ahead of me the next day, I needed a replacement tire ASAP. My friend's father recommended I take a look at this place, and since it had a few good reviews, I decided to give it a try. The place looks and feels local, and I was incredibly impressed by the pleasant and professional service. We were greeted by a nice man who instantly came out to my car to take a look at the tire (which I had removed and replaced with a donut), and he concluded as I did that the tire could not be salvaged. He invited us to the waiting room while his guys took care of it, and after only a 15-20 minute wait, he came back in to inform me the new tire was on and my spare was back in my trunk. Talk about fast! And the price ended up being barely $80, which is a great deal compared to what I usually have to pay in Virginia. I've driven a few hundred miles on it since the change and it's working very well. All in all, Bleifus Tire Service is a great and trustworthy business in what can be a sometimes untrustworthy industry. If I ever have more tire trouble and am remotely close to here, you can bet I'll be back! Overall: 5.0 stars ------ Pros: - Superior customer service to any tire place I have ever been to. - FAST service, was not expecting to be in and out in 20 minutes. - Price is unbeatable, I was expecting to pay a lot more. - Nice waiting room makes the brief wait even more pleasant. I just had my trusty ol' 2003 Mazda Protegé 5 in there today and was so very pleased with the excellent service and very reasonable pricing I received from Brian and his crew at Bleifus! I have very small, hard-to-find tires in my size and he fitted me with two great snow tires in stock for my front-wheel drive and they replaced two wheels and put on high-tread radials I already had. I got an appointment for less than 48 hours from when I requested it and they did the job absolutely on time. Everyone I dealt with there was helpful and courteous, and Brian was a total pro and so great to work with.
