She continued to say they had no openings. I stated to her I had just called and another female confirmed that it was ok for us to go . She asked another female and she acted like she had no clue what we were talking about at this point both females the o my two there denied taking my call . There was one person waiting ( which mind you she said he was waiting and hour lol lies)she walked to her computer acting like she was checking if there was any openings and asked all I would say 6 o employees there an no one wanted to take me son in . I ended walking out cause her excuse was bogus. I get it if I need an appointment I'm all for it but do t waste our damn time telling us to go and still not man up and admit anyone told us to come in . Your customer service sucks and unprofessional. If you want customers then atleast try to do what you can to help . This is how customer service is built and earned . We don't have time to waste just because you do not know how to communicate correctly.

Both their Yelp and Google reviews were really positive, which gave me confidence. I found the Instagram of the barber I decided to go with, and luckily, they're open on Sundays. I really needed a haircut so I let Anthony cut my hair and I noticed he was doing something different cutting my hair and instead of acknowledging my request he got real defensive and said I know what I'm doing and to relax. After leaving the shop I noticed he cut my hair shorter than usual and I'm pretty sure the alcohol had a play in it. I called him the next day and he got real defensive saying I only had one drink.
