I brought my son here & we had the barber Maribel, he sat for 1 hour & 45 mins and it was the worst haircut he had ever gotten. She didn't speak English, we showed her the picture of what he wanted several times and it looks nothing even close to picture. Will never recommend or return. Walk-ins are not welcome. I came in on a Friday before noon. When I walked in no one greeted me. I stood there for a few seconds when finally one of the girls on the left acknowledged me. She asked, "do you have an appointment?" I told her no I don't. She gave me a weird ass look, and glared over at a girl across from her. Maribel, politely greeted me and said she would gladly cut my hair. Maribel cut my hair perfect. I highly recommend Maribel, great customer service, friendly and she cuts hair well. My twelve year son gets his hair cut here with Dallas. She is great at what she does and she offers great customer service. However, today I had a bad experience while Dallas was cutting my TWELVE year old sons hair one of the barbers at the shop started talking about extremely inappropriate websites and content (something that rhymes with lonely cans) he approached Dallas as she was cutting my sons hair and showed her a picture of a woman. After some research I found out his name is Moe. If I go back and he is there I will not stay! He was also very obnoxious that last time I was there but that isn't a big deal so I didn't pay any attention to it. Just be aware when you bring your children here. read more

Today was my son and I's 1st visit to crewlounge barbershop. We both met with a professional barber of 10 years. Jr. He is patient in assuring that your are completely satisfied with your haircut. The atmosphere is clean and modern. People working there are nice and inviting! Plenty of parking. I would recommend Jr and crewlounge if you need a professional haircut, and or a bear trim. The manager first asked the barber with the empty seat he said had appointment @ 11 (20 min from now) when that barber rejected me, he proceeded to each barber at which they all refused. The one barber wanted me to sit there for an hour to possibly get me in. Again there was no one waiting seats were all empty. Obviously this business is doing well enough they don't need new clientele. Very cold vibe, not welcoming. I Miss the old school barbershops! I will never return. I will say that she did a phenomenal job and I will for sure be back for my next haircut bf beard trim needs.
