About two years ago I came to this nail salon, and LOVED them! Super friendly, cracking jokes, singing! It's was a lovely environment. Today,after not being their for two years, I decided to go in to get my nails filled, tips changed, and nails shortened. The woman who did my nails was an older woman, split thumb, and some kind of callus on her hand that felt awkward to let my hand rest on. Every time she had me drying my hands she was rubbing cream on her callused hand. Maybe her hand was in pain? or having a bad day? thats possibly why my bails got fucked. Not only do my nails look like hell, but I was cut during the process. Lets just put some nail glue on it and call it ok!!! They are lumpy and uneven. Left under my nails are nail junk that builds up in the process when NOT done right. It came to $35, I felt bad so I tipped her 5 dollars. That's suppose to be an even $40 right? Wrong. For what ever reason she charged me $41. I guess a dollar more was worth her crappy job. The only reason I went here today was because I was in the area and didn't have the time to drive to my awesome nail place in auburn who actually knows how to do their job and get better tips for better work. Was there today. Not great... The poor man doing my feet was hurt and in a bad way. Everything he tried was broken or empty. Then I got soaked by the other chair with water. Then this couple started arguing very loud. He was pissed. The cutie who did my fingers was adorable and sweet! Oh by the way I got the expensive ROYAL pedicure. I had a full set of acrylic nails done. They were lumpy, uneven, and not completely filled in. They put regular nail polish on (one coat) and asked if I wanted gel. I said yes not knowing how gel nails were done. They put a gel over the top of the regular nail polish. The polish was done poorly and was smudged within a half hour. I ended up having them fixed somewhere else the next day. The biggest issue I had was that I noticed the nail tools were pulled from a plastic (pencil box type) case. No disinfectant in sight. While my nails were drying, the tech started removing the set of acrylic nails from another customer right next to me and did not use new or clean tools. She used the same ones that were just used on me. After this experience, I looked them up on the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology. Their license expired on 8/31/14. read more

By far the worst mani pedi experience I have ever had. The man who did my toes was very rough with my feet and clipped my skin. The man who did my nails was also very rough, sloppy, and all around rude. He was yelling at his employees in front of me, yanking on my hands, and very impatient with me. He also clipped my skin so bad that it was bleeding. My blood was on his tools and I did not see him use any disinfectant. In fact, the tools he used on me came from his drawer, not a disinfectant jar like most places, and when he was done using them on me, he placed them right back in the drawer. When he finished, there was glue all over my fingers. I can't believe I paid for this. I will never go back and will never recommend them. Rude, sloppy, and not clean. There is a reason they are one of the cheapest spots in town. Do yourself a favor and pay an extra $10 to receive quality clean service from a different salon. read more

This place deserves 0 stars. I've been there 3 times now, the first two times weren't bad but the third was absolutely horrific. I asked for black coffin shaped acrylics with one finger painted with their marbling polish. Every single nail is uneven and horribly shaped, they looked black before I left the salon but when I got home I realized they are a dark purple (I didn't choose a color I told the guy BLACK). He was extremely rough with me the whole time, I have never been in so much pain after getting my nails done before. He maybe said two words to me the whole time and was WATCHING A MOVIE on his phone from beginning to end. He also messed up the gel polish multiple times and had to keep filing it off and starting again, still leaving a lot of access polish on my skin and making it look extremely sloppy, still not saying a word. I know this man isn't new or anything because he did my nails once MONTHS ago. He didn't even deserve the $5 tip I gave him and I wish I had spoke up at the time but, at least for me, I don't realize all of the flaws until I am home. Worst nail salon I've ever been to. I went with my daughter and we both left with crooked nails. One of mine wasn't even flat. I questioned her about it, as did my daughter and we were both told it was our fingers. So ridiculous. They didn't bring the polish all the way down so they already look like they've grown in 2 days. My friend and I made an appointment to get pedicures. Got there a bit early and the spa tubs were ready. Almost thirty minutes later, when no one had started on either one of us we decided to leave. On the way out one of the manicurests said I am ready to start on your pedicure now. We both said too late and left. This is the second time i have sat therefor thirty minutes when I have had an appointment. I will never go there again. read more

I wanted to love this place because they have a Childs pedi chair. My gel mani was good and the Childs pedi and mani was also good. My pedi was less than impressive as I left with clear polish all over my toes. If I had to rate this place on services I would give it a 3 but the customer service and ambience would be a 1. They switched technicians between services and one guy working there was very vocal on expressing he couldn't wait till his shift was done. The same man was watching a video show on his phone while performing a service. He had the video very loud and I found it very Inconsiderate and unprofessional to watch things on his phone at full volume while doing a persons nails. I absolutely love the service here! I have been twice now, going back soon for a fill-in and pedicure. They do a wonderful job. The only issue I have had is when I got the glitter polish on my ring nails, the clear coat had a weird texture after I left. It was no big deal considering there is glitter on the nail anyway. My nails look good from a distance, I got "white tip" which was priced at $30 but I got charged $35 (before tip). He was watching a show while doing my nails, didn't engage in a conversation and it was very unprofessional. As well as he didn't ask me what shape I wanted. I ended up picking off clear polish around the edges of my fingers. They're uneven when you compare the two side by side and it looks ridiculous! Not returning here. read more

At the beginning of my pedicure the water was so hot it burned me. Then the man was salt scrubbing so hard my legs were all red with scratches so I told him to please stop. Then he cut my cuticle and it started bleeding a lot and instead of saying anything about it the guy put hydrogen peroxide on it without warning and then kept trying to work while it kept bleeding. He definitely spoke English well as he was talking about how he was excited to get off work just moments before but didn't have the courtesy to let me know I was bleeding or apologize as it happened. I had to stop him and ask him to apply pressure and wait for the bleeding to stop. Then I was burned with the hot stones. He was very rough with his hands. It was very uncomfortable. At the end of the pedicure I told them that I'd prefer not to pay and communicated my experience (exactly what was listed above). I said I'd rather not pay and if they make me pay I will leave a bad review. They said they would give me a discount of $10 off so $20 instead of $30. I gave them $20. Then the woman stood in front of the doorway and said I would have to put it in writing that I would not leave a bad review. I told her to get out of my way and left the store. My friend gave them $40 for her pedicure ($30 for hers and $10 extra for mine). They followed us outside and took a photo of our license plate and pictures of us and called the cops and wouldn't let us leave because I didn't pay them in full even though she overpaid and I underpaid and they said they would give me the discount I mean I was bleeding!!.... WHAT THE?!! Jerry Springer moment. Is this really happening?! We left to get our dinner we were late to pick up and got back to the parking lot in time to explain to the police man as he was leaving what had happened. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would, but I cant. This place stinks of CHEAP nail chemicals, they are so un-organized, so rude, and gross. The guy that did my nails, his phone went off 53 times, (Yes, I counted), and he answered EVERY SINGLE ONE with paragraph long replies. Everything was very dirty. The powder color I wanted, he couldn't find. it took him about 20 minutes look before he asked one of the girls if they knew where it was and she had to go make some, which I didn't mind, but when I went through all the colors, he should have went through maybe once or twice and then ask, not sit there and go through them 15 times. When I told him I needed the nails short because of where I work, he was so rude when he cut them I told him I needed them a little shorter, he said to me very rudely, "I thought they were already short..." and then he cut them again and said, again very rudely, "Is that short enough for you?!" I should have not paid him at all because of how rude he was. I definitely do NOT recommend Nails International. Not one bit. They used to be so good, so clean, and so nice. I was NOT very happy with the employees who work there. I made an appointment a day ahead and the lady said she wrote it down. However the next day I came for my appointment and the lady had no idea what i was talking about!!! Next, I sat down in the chair. and POOOFF! Nail dust everywhere and ON ME! Nails international and Its tools, chairs, floor, etc. were not clean at all! So the next thing that happened was yelling in back. There were two employees yelling and screaming like crazy. so the lady who started to soak and massage me was texting the whole time! Then she pulled up my pant leg and said " wow, you need to shave"! ..... Words cant even expain how mad I was. SO after that and doing my nails, the guy didnt even let them dry, And when he went to put on my flip flop things, he smeared my polish. I said something about it and he just basically said that it was my fault!! It was not. So I ended up paying 55 dollars and what seemed more like 15 dollars. Not impressed! I don't like to post a poor review, however, my experience at this nail salon today was unsatisfactory. I called the salon and was given a 1:30 appointment. I arrived early and I still waited 40 minutes before I was seen. That was not the worst part. My pedicure was the worst I have ever had. I tried to fix it at home with no success. The first time there, I had a pedicure; my toenail was sanded down so far that it bled. I decided to give this place another shot.... sorry to say it was a mistake. It was pretty dirty and several people were waiting. I made my appointment on time but was told I needed to pay with cash or check because of a problem with their credit card machine. So off I went to get my checkbook. I came back and had to wait another hour. The whole time I was there the woman in charge talked about the business troubles to her clients and to others on the phone, which I found to be very unprofessional. Finally she assigned me to one of the nail technicians and he preceded without saying a word or even looking at me. I tried to start a conversation but he just answered with a nod. He did an ok job as far as how the nails looked, how ever not without cutting the skin underneath 3 of my nails. I let him know he hurt me but he just kept working. Last he used a tool to clean under the nails and he poked where it was already wounded. I jumped and still no response from him. I walked away very disappointed and stressed. Standard strip-mall salon -- accomodating, cheap and fast.

We made an appointment in the morning for 2 p.m. since Monday's they are available by appointment only. We get there a few minutes early and there are only two technicians working, both of of them with a customer. We waited for 20 minutes to be seated. During this time another customer came in and asked about getting two full sets done. The woman told them to come back in half an hour. Once we were finally seated, it took another 10 before one employee actually started on my mother's pedicure. By then, the other customer came back and the woman began working on them first. She then tells us that this customer got there before us and had to be a work at 4. She tried to lie and say they had an appointment and we didn't. I was so furious at this point that my mother finished her pedicure and we left. I am extremely unhappy with how the whole situation was handled. When we went up to the counter to pay, the woman ignored us so we left the gift certificate on the counter and walked out. I have never been treated so poorly by any employee here. I will never return to Bless Nails. read more

I am on vacation and came with my 94 year old Aunt. This is her usual place. They were so patient, kind and respectful to her. They did a great job on her feet and nails! I had a very relaxing pedicure they did a wonderful job, very thorough. My manicure was great also. Nice conversation and will definitely come back next time I'm in the area. read more

I went in to get a white tip set put on for my wedding. I went in on a Monday a few weeks before so I could get used to them. I had the older lady do my set. By Saturday I had 2 already lifting over half way and 5 more starting to lift on the edges. Tonight I lost 3 and ended up pulling 5 more easily. Needless to say I get to start over somewhere else and waste more money. I can not say whether the younger girl or the guy is good but I won't go back to find out.
