A simple gesture could have turned a negative experience into a positive one, but unfortunately, that was not the case. The lack of customer care, flexibility, and appreciation for loyal customers has led us to make the decision not to return. In a city like Miami, there are countless places that offer not only great food and drinks, but also exceptional service, where customers are always treated as a priority. The staff was friendly and polite. I ordered the ham and cheese cachito, and oh my goodness... it instantly took me back to the ones I used to eat as a kid in school in Venezuela. The cachito was that good. I didn't try anything else, so I can't speak for the rest of the menu, but for the cachitos alone, I'd happily drive from Miami Lakes all the way to Kendall again.
