[[HIGHLIGHT]]Great brewery for large crowds and watch parties![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My husband and I were having a night out with another couple when they suggested Spanish Marie to end the night. As we pulled up to warehouses, I was curious where this brewery even was. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The inside appearance is a complete 180 from its deceiving outside views![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The brewery itself is huge and has a giant screen perfect for watching sports games.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We were able to grab a pool table in the back and immediately started ordering food and beers. Even with how late it was, the bartenders were super kind and patient. I tried a very sour beer that was so different from anything I've ever tasted. It was a nice change from the usual 3 beers I drink everywhere I go. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Overall this place has a great vibe and lends itself to large parties, watch parties, etc.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

First time trying this place per my sister's recommendation. So we ordered from DoorDash. Ordered the pizzas and the dole whip sour beer. When our order was delivered, we just got the pizzas, since the delivery guy said they didn't fill our drink because we didn't buy the glass to fill it. Well, FYI, if you're ordering from DoorDash, something to keep in mind is that there's no option to buy the glass bottle, which doesn't make sense at all if it gives you the option to buy the drink. So in the end, we still had to go there to buy the glass for the drink that was already paid for which defeats the whole purpose of ordering food/drink to have delivered to your home. Just something to fix for Spanish Marie if you want it to be a convenience for your customers when ordering take out. Aside from that, it was my first time trying sour beer especially since I don't really drink much, and it was delicious. Definitely felt like I was drinking a smoothie or having dessert. Looking forward to trying all their flavors if it was this good. We got the pepperoni pizza and one with hot honey, goat cheese and arugula, can't recall the name of it. The pizzas were yummy and flavorful even eating it cold, since having to go there and get the beer took some time. Overall it was a yummy experience. Definitely a place to try if you're in the area and want some sour beer and pizza.

We were in town to see the Everglades and found this hidden gem through a blogger when we were planning our trip. The sours are truly unique. My favorite was def the pineapple dole whip, which brings you right back to the magical soft serve from Disney. Alex was our server and she was excellent! Def recommend stopping by for the beers and great service. Overall, I gave it 4 stars because the food was just ok and a little $$$ for what you get. $17 corn dip, not worth the price tag. $20 pizza, my teenager ate the whole thing.

The location is colorful and upbeat and Alex our server made it extra special with her attentive nature and great recommendations. We tried the sour flight as well as the fish dip and three types of pizzas! Everything was great! They were also Hosting a birthday party on site and seemed to be a great venue for it! If you haven't tried Spanish Marie yet get on over here you won't be disappointed

A cute lil brewery in Kendall! Hidden amongst what looks like to be a warehouse area, there's actual some cool spots around including Spanish Marie and an indoor soccer facility. We came to Spanish Marie after climbing at the Edge Rocking Climbing gym for a lil night cap. We came right before closing and the kitchen was closed so we couldn't order any food that had to be cooked. The bartender was gracious enough to ask if we could still get the fish dip and they were able to put in an order for us. Along with our bite, we got a flight of beers which included our choice of 6 beers. They have happy hour all day on Monday to Wednesday, which is when we came so we got to make most of their happy hour deal! The inside is soooo cute- high ceilings with cartoons playing on the huge projector + tv, picnic tables, couch areas, and small tables for ample seating. Stringed lights for ambiance really tied this place's aesthetic all together. A great spot if you're in the area with amazing craft beer selections!

This was my first time visting Spanish Marie, it had been on the visit list for a bit. The location is tucked in the back of a warehouse type complex, there is a lot of parking & good lighting for safety. Inside is one large open space with tables & an L shaped bar. The decor was setup for Halloween so it was BeetleJuice themed. The vibe they were after was captured really well. Our server/bartender was Alex, she explained how the QR worked for current offerings, explained the flights, & what was on draft vs cans only. Being able to see the can display was nice as you immediately could see all the canned offerings. Of all the brewery spots I have visited, this was the first to lean so heavily on sours. Normally, I'll opt for a Wheat, but am open to sours. The themes of the sours were very pop-culture oriented with Super Mario, Barbie, Ghost Busters, & some popular candy favorites like Gushers & Sour Skittles. I felt this really hits the nostalgia of the 80's/90's well & added to the fun of "Will it taste like my brain hopes it will?!?" I am happy to say the flavors lived up to their names. Some standouts for me were the Strawberry Slushers, Miami Punch, MYODB, & Cruisin down the street in my N64. I wanted to try the Ecto Kewler, but it was only available in can & I was just sampling via flight. Kudos for having printed receipts & lining them up to the flights so you know exactly which is which. So many places miss this detail so it was very much appreciated. If you are new to sours, I highly recommend getting a flight before commiting to one for a full pour. There are non-sour options & wine, & sodas as well. Price wise, I felt it was fair. I did not try any food so can't speak on that side of things. There are two unisex bathrooms, each with a single toilet & sink. There is some merch, glassware, & growlers in varying sizes. Overall, had a fun time, enjoyed the flight, the decor, & found some go-to choices for my next visit. Uploaded some photos of the sour options found on the QR Menu. Thanks Spanish Marie, until next time!

Loved our two hued beer from a single can of It's Just A Metaphor, Dude from Spanish Marie!

Had a good experience with Spanish Marie Brewery! Love their concepts, logos and most importantly their beer! We had the fruited sour called It's Just A Metaphor, Dude! I will say right now Steve and I didn't pour this beer properly and we probably should have shaken it because as we were sharing the beer one glass had pink beer and another had purple beer, all from the same can but it made a really cool look regardless! We did some more mixing and enjoyed this fairly sweet sour which featured Strawberry and Tropical flavors. It had a creamy body which made it go down smooth! They have a lot of other sour flavors to try and look promising. I fell in love with their shirts and bought a t shirt and a sweater. I simply loved the cartoon look that carries onto their swag with a bit of an edged bite.

Cute little brewery! Lots of areas for great photo ops, lots of greenery and two huge screens that were playing breaking bad episodes (no sound, captions on). We ordered a chorizo pizza and two beers. The beer selection is large, all brewed in-house however the flavors were mostly sweet which we were not major fans of. We found this one blonde ale we did enjoy but it was one of maybe two options that didn't sounds totally sugary. Other than that we had a great time! Food and drink service was quick and efficient.

I have been going to this brewery for quite some time, the place is very cute with a simple look to it. It went from different styles of beers to sweet and sour beers with was cool because there aren't many breweries like that. The bartenders have always been nice and attentive and the pizza is soooo good. Definitely a nice hangout spot for dates , friend outings, etc.

First time visit to Spanish Marie. Alex C. was a great waitress. She offered me a variety of samples until she helped me find the right beer for me. We had a great time and hope to come back to visit soon!

Pros: Great ambiance and interior. It is deceiving bigger inside than what it looks on the outside. Neutral: This place has a ton of sours which is my least favorite style. I tried the IPA but it tasted more like a sour than an IPA Cons: Finding this place . Although my GPS took me to the right plaza, the sign for the brewery is nondescript and parking is very difficult due to how many fitness studios there are. I circled around more times than I would like to admit. If you like sours, this place may be worth the visit.

Not that the pizza isn't good; it just isn't great. And it is not because of the ingredients as they all tasted fresh and delicious. It is the preparation. Now let me set some foundation here. I have lived in Rhode Island where pizza is a staple. I have lived in New York and Connecticut, which, despite being neighboring states have entirely different ideas of what the perfect pizza is, and I had the good fortune of the best of both. I have lived in Massachusetts we're outside of the north end of Boston pizza is largely very mediocre and I give all this information just to tell you that I have an established standard for pizza that may differ from other peoples. My favorites come out of coal fired brick ovens. So I was pretty excited about trying Strange Beast. They use a gas fired pizza oven that reaches the same temperatures as the ones to make apizza but they make a Neapolitan pie which traditionally has a soft center whereas Apizza is baked longer to achieve a sturdy, crispy crunch. And this is the part that disappoints me. That soft center does not hold the toppings well and makes the pizza droop when you pick it up. Much like the New York pizza that you have to fold over to keep the toppings from falling off, this pizza just did not have that firmness that I love so much. And on this evening when I ordered the Swamp Thing (Mozzarella, Ricotta, Red Onion, Cherry Tomatoes, Pesto) the center actually seemed raw. Somehow, despite having all my favorite flavors, it looked beautiful on the pan, but flopped over and lost its appeal when it was picked up the flavors all in all were pretty good. The restaurant itself has a pretty cool vibe and the servers were superb. In addition to grieving great service, they were friendly and engaging. This is kind of a highlight of the restaurant. This review is based on a single experience and I will probably try it again. I may ask them to cook the pizza well done to see if it comes closer to what I like. I can't give it my highest recommendation, but I would never give it less than four stars based on even the service alone. So I will be back again an update this sometime soon.

We did get a little hungry so decided to get Cup of Noodle ramen (which was $1) and they had a cooler with hot water we used to make it. Such a cool spot and definitely recommend!

The branding talks like barrel-aged farmhouse philosophy, but the tap list walks in with beach-ready chancletas. If the name matched the products, Unseen Creatures Hard Seltzery might fit better, since buzzy bubble water seems to be the most common style on offer. Beyond the seltzers, the board leans on a rotating lineup of lagers, IPAs, and amber drafts, with a heavy presence from Prison Pals, a local contract-brewery. Half the to-go cans also come from Prison Pals, and the staff, management, and menu carry a strong Argentinian identity. At this point, Unseen Creatures feels less like a wild-ale temple and more like the spiritual revival of the old Prison Pals operation in Doral. My first visit started with an Uber Eats BOGO order, but only half the meal was ready. Rather than hover like rabid raccoons, we grabbed beers and waited. Then the moral crisis arrived: let the perfectly smashed burgers cool, or eat them while at their best. Five minutes passed, and we chose the latter. That decision sent the manager into referee mode. Had he carried a whistle, he would have blown it. Had he kept cards in his pocket, he'd have flashed us a pair of reds. Apparently, the smashburger BOGO applied outside but not inside. Fair enough, but if the fries had come out on time, we never would have spent money at the bar in the first place... That said, the Bodeo Burger slapped: two smash patties, a sunny-side-up egg, and a brioche-style bun. In a city currently under siege by smashburgers, this one still earned a clean 10 out of 10. When I asked for the check, the screen showed extra tip options of +3%, +5%, or +7%. I looked at it like I had just caught a street magician palming my watch. Apparently, some banter and snug-fitting yoga pants had earned her a healthy self-applied tip. Usually, I go back one screen and adjust the number based on the severity of the sneak attack, but I let it ride. We all have dreams, bills, and maybe health-wellness coaching certifications to fund. Unseen Creatures pours solid beers and boasts a killer kitchen, but the brewery still needs to decide whether it wants to be a wild-ale house, Prison Pals reboot, or a haven for hard-seltzerists.

Not just because it makes great beer, though it does, but because it sells something harder to can: camaraderie. It gives people a place to become better friends, tighter families, and, occasionally, obnoxious but well-meaning uncles. This was the first place I visited after my COVID-era house arrest ended. That day it became a space that I, like many others, claimed as my own. Innovation has always driven Tripping Animals, and the brains behind the brand have never sat still. Plenty of breweries typecast themselves with one style and spend years chasing beer nerds, their friends, and whatever relatives they can drag along. Tripping Animals takes the better route. It welcomes everybody from kids to casual drinkers, and people from every political corner who can agree, at least briefly, that a cold beer beats trolling on Truth Social. The food program has taken a few laps around the culinary racetrack. Over the years, the brewery has hosted a mishmash of pop-ups, including Tex-Mex tacos, Texas BBQ, ramen, and raw bar concepts. These days, Trippy Kitchen leans closer to home with dishes like a Latinized Charc Board and a Parrilla Platter loaded with two cuts of steak, sausages, chicharrones, salad, and arepitas. The kitchen runs tight, so vegetarians can still navigate the menu without calling it early, while vegans are safe with a Pittsburgh Salad of veggies and fries. Trippie events push past the tired brewery playbook of long bottle-release lines and overworked food trucks sweating it out in a parking lot. Skip the Line turns hard-to-reach, viral restaurants into one-stop shops for unlimited bites. Irie Jungle does what many beer festivals only pretend to do: build communities by bringing home-brewers, collaborators ,and competitors together over their shared love of beer. Beyond that, Tripping Animals keeps stacking the calendar with art shows, comedy nights, maker's markets, run clubs, wrestling events, and more live music. Starbucks lost its soul when it stopped feeling like a third place between work and home. Tripping Animals never made that mistake. It remains a clubhouse, a melting pot, and the rare kind of institution where the pours matter, but people matter more.

I do enjoy ordering at the bar and being able to seat yourself. The drinks are fairly priced: $4 for 4oz or $8 for 12oz. Our order: 12oz Soggy Dollar Pain Killer: 7/10 12oz Sour Pina Colada: 10/10 I was excited to try the food since this restaurant was featured on Guy Fieri's DD&D, we ended up not ordering the items that were featured on the show. We started with the pretzels and spicy beer cheese, this was okay, we loved the pretzels... but the dip was nothing special: 7/10 We then moved onto the Korean BBQ Wings, when I tell you these smelt just like a meat filled dog treat! It was a little off putting, but my partner loved them (she has that dog in her) and I felt they were average: 8/10 We then moved onto the Hawaii 5-0 Pizza, the toppings were definitely fresh and high quality, the pizza did come out burnt... this may be due to me asking for "well done". Pizza was average but Im sure if I opt to not ordering it "well done" it would've been much better!: 8/10 All in all, it's a great environment, awesome staff, good food, and a lovely atmosphere filled with people of all ages! Must stop if you're visiting FLL or Dania Beach!
