I LOVE small businesses! Owners are so so friendly. A hidden tea store with so many natural products and herbal teas/remedies - which is so hard to find nowadays! But the reason I go is for the secondhand book store in the back. I don't believe in buying new books so Tea 'N Sanity is the perfect place for me to get new books and donate my old ones (you get a discount for donating)! Will be coming back time and time again. Located in Kendall this beautiful small Tea store. You can find any type of Tea, the Ines you want or even the ones that you don't even have an idea they exist. You can buy them by the pound or the ones packed. You can not drink the tea at this place. Thee also sell oils and creams make the smell of this store, beautiful. The lady helping us was amazing like every time we go there. Behind the Tea store they have A bookstore where they sell used books so it's always a great idea to get some teas and books. Thank you! Great place for holistic medicine. The stores has a large variety of teas and organic goodies including skin and body care. I come here for the kombucha which is by far the best thing you could ever drink to detox your body. A big mason jar retails for $17 which is a good price compared to over the counter $5-6 for an 8 oz bottle. This is the real deal, the owner is very informative and will teach you everything you need to know about this miracle drink. If you suffer from acid reflux or stomach problems- THIS IS IT! You don't need to buy harsh medicine no more! They also have a book store trade in which you get store credit for trading your own books. It's a really cool concept. I had a wonderful experience here. I went in to look into the kombucha I kept hearing about, and I left with organic eggs from their farm, oil to help with migraines, and the kombucha. While there I had a great convo with one of the owners and took a glimpse into their collection of books and teas. They sell other products such as goat cheese from another local farm. This has easily become a new favorite quick stop. Please note that while there is seating, this is not to sit and drink teas. What you can do is look and select from their extensive selection of loose leaf tea. They also sell strainers and some tea pots. The parking was simple since it was the weekend, but I could see it getting tricky on weekdays. Also, I was told that the store is set to move soon, but they will continue to have the same contact info. Add yourself to their contact lists and they'll keep you up to date. read more

Awesome little hidden store in West Kendall. Lots of different loose teas, essential oils & the most important element of this little store is that the owners know their stuff! If you have any questions about what to take for any particular health reason they are there to educate & guide you. From the warm, family-feeling that you receive from the staff, to the vast amount of knowledge about ailments and how they can help, to the wide range of natural products, herbs, teas, kombucha, spices, and homemade soaps and hygiene products. This store has it all. My personal favs are their teas, oils, and dandruff shampoo. I had terrible dandruff that no over the counter product could cure, and within a few washes with Tea N' Sanity's dandruff shampoo, I was flake free! I swear by this stuff.
