I've invested a tremendous amount into maintaining this car over the years, including replacing the engine, so seeing those warning lights all at once immediately sent my anxiety through the roof. To make matters worse, I was only two weeks post-surgery, on my way to a doctor's appointment, and already having a very challenging week. When I called, Chayce didn't hesitate. He told me to bring the car in immediately and said they would take care of it, even though they were close to closing for the day. From the moment I arrived, both Chayce was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring. He quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered a new battery, properly registered it with BMW, and rather than rushing me out the door, he kept the car an extra day to verify that every warning light had been resolved and that the battery truly was the root cause. He also fixed the rear tire sensors that hadn't been reading correctly. That level of thoroughness and integrity is hard to find. What makes this place even more special is that they're a family-owned business that specializes in European vehicles. My BMW is no longer under warranty, and knowing they even partner with the BMW maintenance shop I use in Fort Lauderdale gave me even more confidence that my car was in the right hands. Thank you, Chayce, for going above and beyond when I needed it most. Thank you, Will, for being so welcoming and supportive throughout the entire process. And thank you to Bill for taking the time to introduce yourself--it says a lot about the kind of business you've built. Finding an honest, knowledgeable European auto shop is rare. Called to speak to the owner and he was not apologetic at all for the delays and went on to state that it was my fault for not sending in the full 50% deposit even though the agreement we made with their rep was to send 25% to start production and they would receive another 25% the day of delivery and the balance upon completion. They were at it for quite a few hours and the guys doing an excellent job of cutting, collecting and grinding tree parts in the hot sun. Anyway, I took down their details and gave them a call about a few big trees we had that needed trimming. After reaching out I received a reply within 15 minutes. The price they gave me was competitive and fair. It took some time to get the crew lined up to do the job, but when they arrived they were right on time and they did solid work. And actually this wasn't an easy job. It was very challenging due to the height of the trees, which was around 50 feet each. I also want to mention how good the team was. They were hard working, dedicated and thoughtful and I really appreciated the care they took in both trimming and tidying up. They actually did such a good cleanup, you would never have known a tree service was done. This company more than exceeded my expectations. Five stars. Would absolutely recommend.
