No one ever contacted us for any additional information. I called multiple times, left messages. No one ever called me back. I spoke with a girl that was at the front desk the day of the party she took all my information for us to get there and nothing was set up and she was the only working that day. & they still made us pay full price. After promising us an extra hour of party time we did not get because the facility closes at 6 and the party was supposed to be 4-6. We originally asked for 1-3 they told us no because there was another party taking place, then we find out there was never a party from 1-3. The party planner never showed up, I talked to her on the phone and she was not empathetic to our situation at all. If it wasnt for the front desk girl Arianna there would have been no party for my daughter. I discovered that the way that SNT companies invest your monies in pooled trusts are in no way regulated or checked on by the government. The only way government gets involved is to make sure the trustee in charge of the beneficiary is abiding by the state regulations for welfare services: Medicaid, Food Stamps, Tanf. It is an absolute atrocity that this is a fact. I was told to contact the AG of the state the SNT company is registered in to report them.
