Probably the largest anytime I have ever been to, and also the best. Their variety of equipment, the buzz around the gym, and how clean it is are all reasons I recommend this place. Their parking lot is huge, and they are a stand alone building. Meaning you don't have to smell the acetone of a nail salon next door or the baking of bread with a subway nearby. The closest building is a carwash. You walk in and don't feel crowded at all. It gives me "big gym" vibes but still small and quaint. They are a predominantly precor gym, which is fine but man their variety of other things. Rogue plates? Huge deadlift/squat/clean area. Lots of isolation machines. Just overall it's impressive. Ample bathrooms, even tho they were all full when I needed to pee but that's me digressing. This place rocks. I'd take photos but the photos the gym itself took are way better. I have gone out of my way while out on a work trip to keep working out here if that tells you anything. If you haven't been here or were considering coming to this anytime, then let this be your sign. Get in here. I don't think there's a better anytime in the baton rouge area.
