This has got to be the fanciest dispensary in the BX. Setup is really nice. Everything is behind a display. Very clean establishment. Great vibes as soon as you walk in. They have a very large selection of product including edibles, vaporizers, and drinks. If you want to just go with the regular flower, they also have that. Store offers the flower pre-rolled as well which is great for anyone who wants to smoke on the go. Staff is very nice and extremely attentive. As soon as I walked in, they helped me with everything I needed. Also showed me how to use the kiosk and made recommendations for me. After I ordered my stuff, they brought it out for me. Great shop! They take ZERO accountability and make pricing mistakes that they do not honor! To explain, I went to the store on 11/29/2025 around 8:45 PM to purchase two DIME 2-gram pens. They normally cost $79.99, but the website is running a 50% off sale, bringing the price down to $39.99. But the website also featured an additional offer: "Buy any 2-gram pen and get the second one for 50% off." So my expectation was that the pricing would be $39.99 for one pen and $19.99 for the second pen (see link: https://menus.dispenseapp.com/cc459f5672209417/menu/dime-industries/dime-blueberry-lemon-haze-signature-line-2g-aio). Although I pointed out the pricing discrepancy, they wouldn't honor what's featured on their own website. It's FALSE ADVERTISING! Plain and simple! read more

Ask about all fees. When you use your card they consider it an atm withdrawal not a transaction and do not indicate that when you pay. They charge you all kind of fees without your knowledge. Not a good way to conduct busines. Will not be returning read more

Using your debit card here is odd, somehow it's an atm withdrawal and they give you back the fee. I don't really get it. This place is convenient location for me and most of the staff have been nice. There is one person, I think their a manager or supervisor (not the white man with ponytail, he's nice) but they make their own rules about your change. They round up to the nearest dollar, if I make that choice that's fine but you shouldn't be making that choice for people, give people their change. The biggest problem recently was I had loyalty points and got $10 off my purchase. I used my debit card and this same person decided to not even give me back the atm fee, I guess because I got the discount but again that's not for you to decide. If that's the case I guess I never got the full $10 off. I will make sure not to deal with this person in the future but makes me not want to go back either. read more

But then was neither willing to exchange or even take ownership for the fact that his battery broke my cartridge. Not to mention the battery I got before also broke. At no point should bolts randomly fling off your bike while you going down the Brooklyn bridge going 24mph. I'm a high school student and I had to pay for my bike with my own money. I've been working since 10th grade to help my mom because she is a single parent so for me the loss of about 5k including repairs leave me without transportation as I can not afford to repair it at this point. I've spent 3.7k on a bike, this isn't including the repairs i had to pay over the span of a year which amount to at least 1.4k+ after random bolts detaching and motor failing, and as soon as the warranty expired my bike had a random electrical issue where the bike wouldn't accelerate. From the owner Pete: OK, where are you going? (Direct email sent from owner) 1- Last Mile NYC replaces all of the electronics on your bike. The cost of the parts and labor is $2910.54 2- Send your bike back to Super73. They will do their own diagnosis, and determine the issues and fix the problems. Unfortunately your bike is not under warranty, the cost of packing up and freighting your bike to and from Super73 will be around $1200. Plus their diagnostic fee, parts and labor. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
