This is a small shop that appeared to have a good selection of oils, flower and the like. I did have a small hiccup BUT after speaking with the very knowledgeable and sweet owner (Jen), we ended our conversation with a few laughs. I would absolutely support this woman owned business and look forward to patronizing this shop again. No cash. Only credit or debit accepted. And they do deliver- I believe the minimum would be $25 but I would call to confirm.

When I requested that she consider the alternative payment processing system that she herself mentioned and I use with other Westchester dispensaries and never have difficultiwith, Jennifer balked/scoffed at the suggestion of switching and suggested I go to them. No hard labor is required from what I see. It's like it's so hard to be nice or kind to the people spending money in your establishment. It's actually so unfortunate. Also the hike in prices when we all know they buy vapes in bulk probably at $5 or $10 a pop or even less. As I do everytime i opened after I bought it in the front of the store. This one wasn't working at all. So I went back to the store trying to explain to the owner that my puff didn't work. He started to yell at me, telling me that I was trying to steal from him and he was going to sue me for that ! He was very agressif about it while in my entire life I never stole anything, always been an honest person. I was what ???? I even show him the number of the box and the puffs pen that they were the same that I'm sure he didn't knew about it !! Man I just came back to show you that it didn't work. Then I told him that I will go to the police station because of his behavior and that actually he was trying to steal my money by selling me that puff. I'd lost my…read moree-cigarette and had to buy another. this shop didn't have much of a selection, but i was desperate. i asked if there was a vape shop nearby, but the owner said there was none (the Glass Room, I found out later, is 1/2 block away). I was nervous about buying the $55 e-cig kit they had, because he told me they didn't know anything about the companies (struck me odd - why wouldn't you do your due diligence for your customers?) but he told me if there was a problem, to bring it back. Well, there was a problem. Within 12 hours, the damn thing broke. I called the shop, and he told me to bring it in - which I did so, immediately. The problem? when I arrived, it was someone else . And this person, didn't give a damn - at all. And, he was the owner. When I informed him what happened, he simply said, "NO refunds or exchanges". "What!!?? I spent $60! Last NIGHT!! Only 16 hours ago!" . Without looking up from his newspaper, he pointed to a partially obscured, crudely written "No refunds, No exchanges" sign in black magic marker fastened to the counter by a thumb tack. If the stool in which he was sitting was any more right, he would've had to have moved for me to be able to see the 8 x 10 sign. "Are you kidding me?" I said. "Have a nice day", he said. "I assume that's a joke?" Seriously? Would you buy anything from this place???
