(see picture for how it looked at 6-7 weeks, before i cut it.) they always give a relaxing foot and leg massage!

I could tell when I went to get up to wash my hands that something was wrong bc my nail beds were tingling and feeling raw. When I looked at them closer, I could see they were red and damaged. I showed the nail tech and the manager what happened. They encouraged me to finish my service and get gel applied over the top of my now damaged nail beds. No thanks. I wasn't going to let them continue to work on my hands. They charged me $23 for the gel removal. I just wanted to get out of there and paid and left. They are supposed to be professionals at their job, and know how to use their tools to avoid damage to clients nails. My nails beds continued hurting for over a week! It was terrible! My nail tech was very friendly, and I had a great experience with her, but overall the worst part about all of it was how rushed she was. 5 Stars for the unexpected TLC from the Tall Quiet Guy Foot Whisperer!…read more Went in hoping for a decent pedicure and left feeling like I'd had a full-on foot-spa romance novel moment. Last night, my best friend and I decided to treat ourselves to a little pampering. We both found a late night pedicure appointment with this particular spa that was willing to take us last minute before closing, so points to them for doing that. We got in, sat down immediately, and I'll admit...I had my doubts about the tall, quiet guy who ended up being assigned to me. I thought he was going to be some newbie backup assistant who was going to give me a shoddy job, but BOY was I wrong. This man came ready to work. He gave intense-yet-gentle attention to detail that could make a girl blush. He got very up close and personal with my feet, no mask... (like, very close so that he could see what he was working with), and it was so intimate and focused and sweet. The intense way he manhandled my cuticles thoroughly (but weirdly, gently)...getting deep into the skin around the nail-bed to get all of the dead skin away...to the intimate and gentle deep massage of my legs...my lower extremities felt like they'd been to a fancy retreat by the end of it. He scrubbed away every callous and spot with dead skin, making sure to support my legs for me so that I could simply relax. And the IMMACULATE paint job!? WOW. He had the tiniest tremble in his hands that I almost found cute, but those strokes were on point. Each brush of polish landed perfectly, like he'd trained under the finest nail artist. To the tall, mysterious foot whisperer: Thank you for the meticulous and unexpectedly intimate experience.
