The wood floor also had water damage where the dishwasher had been. Mark sent me immediately an estimate that was way within my budget. The work was stated almost immediately. Constance came by my house to measure the door frame so he could purchase the new doors. Constance came back with the new doors but said they wouldn't fit, he needed to take an 1/8th of an inch off the top and bottom of the doors to make them work. 2 days later Constance came back to install the new doors. Constance tried to put a coat of paint in my old doors, move the hardware to opposite sides and flip the doors around to pass them off as new. The paint job looked horrible, the doors were installed wrong, and they weren't new doors. Constance told me, the doors wouldn't line up because my door frame is out of square......... When I told Constance my concerns, he stormed out cursing and left my house. Do yourself a favor and never hire this individual......
