Wow did I have a different experience then the rest of the reviews. I called them to install smart…read moreswitches in my house. The quality of work that I received was very poor. He left a mess everywhere. We were cleaning up small pieces of copper and trash for days. Even after I pointed out the mess he was making, his response was "oh my trash box has a hole in it." Did he bother to clean it up? Nope. The job was simple - replace regular switches with smart switches. To say the job was over his head is an understatement. At one point I had to step in after he wasted hours of time (which I got billed for) and redirect him before he went crazy. And instead of calling for help and having a more experienced tech help, he just painfully attempted to deal with it. Once he lost it, the job went down hill from there. He replaced switches I didn't want replaced and the hole project turned into a pathetic mess. For example he put a switch in a spot that never had a switch to start with... I had to hire another electrician to come in and fix the issues they created.
